The free shuttle bus made our trips into and around Tokyo so easy. I would stay there again if I was in Tokyo.

A great hotel for the money, but nothing fancy. Perfectly clean though, and everything you need as a home base for exploring the city.

A bit of a walk to Shinjuku station (10-15 mins), not much eating in immediate vicinity.

Room was definitely not that small for japanese standards. Shinjuku is a very nice and central area.

For langer couples: the bed is quite small. Also the hotel is quite far from shinjuku station, although the hotel offers a pendelbus. We slept here during spring, but can imagine that the room is very hot during summer as the airco is very basic

Good location, about 10min walk to main Shinjuku Station. Near amenities.

Rooms were small - not big enough for two suitcases. Layout of the room wasn't too nice, but honestly, was sufficient.

Shower was awesome! Good location and free shuttle to Shinjuku center area.

The hotel has good shuttle service to Shinjuku station, which is super convenient to explore Tokyo. The room is small, typical to Tokyo, but has good soundproof so very quiet. The staff are business professional and speak English well.

The hotel is not very homey.

The shuttle bus service was helpful. If you miss the bus, its ok. the nearest subway station (tochomae) is only 5 - 7 mins walk away.

We booked a semi-double room. It was really very small. After the luggauges were opened to unpacked, there was no space to walk at all. The bed was the bigger suprise. it was so small and old. (Super single) Had a backach after 2 nights. My wife and i had to hug each other to sleep "literally" if not either one of us will fall off.

This Hotel is close to Shinjuku Station, which can be easily accessible to all routes of train. Their Shuttle bus service is great and it helps us lot to get into station. Provide Wi Fi in lobby and rooms , really an added value.

All in all, a reasonable choice for tbe budget minded. And the courtesy wifi modem sets for the rooms are really effective.

The location is conveniently accessible once you find out where it is, but the courtesy bus service from Shunjuku station is hard to trace because of the sheer size and complexity of the station itself. And irrittatingly the service is discontinued begtween 1030 and 1630, just when we needed it most. Fortunately the taxi fare was not wildly expensive.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and made very efficient use of space. I found this hotel a great value. There is a daytime shuttle bus that runs 3 times per hour or it's a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Station.

The Hotel breakfast is a little lackluster compared to an American breakfast. But, it's the best around being that Japan doesn't have many western breakfast restaurants.

There was no either free Iphone charger service or traveller adaptor which is very inconvenient for travelers.

We enjoyed our stay here, we'd stay again. It's next to the Chuo park out amongst the skyscrapers, away from the neon frenzy of Shinjuku but close enough to walk there. The taxi driver had never heard of it, despite it being minutes from the station : it was a good thing we had our booking form to hand, his SatNav knew where it was. We paid for our stay on check-in. The hotel runs a punctual shuttle bus to Shinjuku station. The staff are courteous and helpful, our 'superiour double room' was clean and spacious. They'd put thought into small details, like a light switch puzzlingly labelled 'foot', which lit up the base of the bed so that you could find the bathroom in the dark. The sheets and towels were changed every day. We prefer to sleep with the windows open, the traffic noise was subdued. It's useful to know the nearby tower blocks often have good quality and good value restaurant floors in them.

Don't be put off by the large and utilitarian looking lobby, the rooms are fine. Every now and again the smell of cigarette smoke would waft in from somewhere, most likely from the air conditioning. The corridors smelt strongly of tobacco. We suspect the previous occupiers had smoked in our non-smoking room, but it cleared up in no time.
