Shinjuku Prince Hotel    

Since we had stayed many times before, but for this time of stayed felt very disappointed, reason of when we occasionally found that the housekeeper forgot closed and locked door for whole day after finished cleanup, the manager came to apologize and felt deeply sorry for it, lucky we didn't got lost but it still make us fear and unbeliever that kind of things happened in Japan... Hope they will be aware of it, but we will keep to stay again in future.

You should have hotel shuttle bus from Narita Airport, anyway we still pay 3,000 yen for the airport limousine; or at least a more detailed instruction in going to this hotel, especially for first timers in Tokyo.

Clean and friendly.

Room is very small. Bed is extremely small for 2 persons. Abt 4 ft width only.

The hotel room was small, but very clean and full of amenities. Beds were again small (2 twin beds), but the mattresses were comfortable. Hallways were nice, my non-smoking floor (17th) was not smelly at all.

At check in, they could not find my booking from Booking.com. The front stuff told me it was because the booking was made on the same date. It took him 20 min to find & comfirm.

There are so much dust in the room. Recommend to vacuum every time the guest check in.

It's located right in the heart of Shinjuku, which is probably the most happening place around Tokyo. There are tons of food/games/massages and things late into the night.

The hotel is right in Shinjuku, so expect train noise, and the music from the large screen nearby during the day. The music from the ad screen does stop at some point in the evening. The train I think just runs til quite late and early in the morning. The hotel is right next to some shady places and there are definitely prostitutes around the corner. I wouldn't say it's a dangerous place, but those things do exist around the area. I don't feel threatened by it. This is not like tenderloin in SF or Oakland. Just be sure that you're okay with those things being around and obviously don't get involved unless you're dirty and into those type of things. The room is small obviously because it's Tokyo, but it has pretty much all the basic things one would expect.

Great location - perfect for shopping, nightlife and just walking around in Tokyo. Very nice views from the bedroom window. Close to Shinjuju station. Fun shops in the same building as the hotel, for example Uniqlo and a 100 yen shop.

The rooms are very small - but I suppose that is what you can expect in Tokyo. Breakfast was kind of poor.

Staff are good. I forgot my bag when I checked out and they sent it to me to Osaka ! Location is good for people who love crowded areas.

Except the staff and locations,I did not like anything else.

Wifi at lobby unstable

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location is excellent.

The check-in lobby and hotel access by vehicle is poor. The B2 restaurant was outdated and breakfast was only adequate. The Lobby Lounge was expensive. Even for Tokyo the rooms were extremely small with no place to store items from one's luggage.

Very convenient for shops and JR station. Buzzing night life, excellent location. Very good restsaurants and shops.

The location was perfect, right above a subway line and just down the road from the main jr train station.

The size of the room was fairly small compared to what I am used to, but I am certain is normal for a Japanese hotel

Hotel was only an 8 minute walk from the jr and the Narita Limousine Bus station. Room is tight but we had a great view of the dazzling lights of the city. Wifi was available for ¥ 500 a day in your room and there was a selection of cable tv in several languages.

Room gets dusty too quickly. I assume its from the carpets. Wish the hotel would give a wider opportunity to use the ¥500 complimentary voucher a day as a participant in their eco friendly efforts.

Best location for shopping in shinjuku area.

The chick in time at 12:00 is a bit too late since I arrived at 9:00am.

The view from our 22nd floor room was awesome, and the furnishing of the room was of decent quality.

Far too expensive for what we got. I would actually say it was a rip off as we stayed in a much nicer hotel the weekend before for much less cost. We asked for no smoking room but were given a roomed that smelled of stale tobacco. We were changed at our request. The room was tired. Lobby wifi too slow. All in all a poor choice of hotel for us and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Well located near Shinjuku's station and shopping district. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We entertained friends in their restaurant on the 25th floor and was expecting to be frightened by the cost but was pleasantly surprised by the great value and qaulity served.

Didn't offer free wi-fi in the rooms.
