Location in Tokyo is awesome. Best night time view in the city. I recommend ramen shop I wish I could live here .... I wish a double room was same price as single ?! Free meal in building?!

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The pillows were filled with strange plastic tubing. So perhaps they could have alternative pillows.

Friendly and really helpful staff that go out of their way to help you a lot. The view from our room was actually incredible, as if you get a higher room (it is a 25 floor building). The room was small but we didn't miss anything. The hotel has a lot of restaurants, supermarket, etc (one of the restaurants you can fish your meal - fun).

Location is nice, connected by subway to Shinjuku station. The room is cozy, there is a tv and the washroom was very clean. The room is very small, smaller than any love motel, which makes us question the value of paying for an actual hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and the checkout is made by an automated machine, which is practical but lets the customers worry about their security deposit. Very noisy.

There were all amenitites I needed, there was even a small vaporizer unit, great! Room air and temperature could be adjusted,everything worked. The room size – I took a double just for myself – was still very very tiny...

Very nice restaurants in the hotel premises with great food and reasonable price for the kind of restaurant --from self service to full service. Pretty good WiFi signal within the hotel including the rooms. Room is very small and the bathroom/toilet is even smaller!

Great location. Close to Shinjuku Station. Direct connection to airports using the excellent "Airport Limousine" bus system. Self service laundry is excellent. Great value priced hotel in Tokyo.
