I liked that I could see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from so close and how the room felt small, but cozy.
The sigaret smell even though I asked for a non-smoking room.
The location was very convenient, with easy access to stations, restaurants and shops
The staff were generally disinterested and abrupt. The hotel restaurant staff were - apart from one sweet young woman - rude and off hand. The room we had was run down. the hallway looked battered. lifts were slow and there weren't enough of them for the volume of customers. disappointing.
Clean, quiet, good wifi, good location.
No breakfast included. Lift unnecessarily stops at 3rd floor which is annoying.
Could walk from Shinjuku station 24 hour shop Hotel bar and view
Room was small and cramped with two people Room a bit run down but adequate
Affordable price. Theres a 24 hours mart at first floor. The subway is approximately 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Room is small. Guests with huge luggage not recommended to stay here.
Very close to station to go anywhere
No tv channel in english , if you dont understand Japanese not very good , should have subtitle in English so none Japanese can understand.
Everyone here were excellent the staff were respectful and spoke good English the place had a nice aura about it :)
I only had a problem with the cigarette smell on my floor I was up on the 21st floor, but I guess in saying that I only paid $480 for 4 nights I suggest to pay a bit extra and get the rooms up higher 7 out of 10 for me
1) foreigners check in desk - efficient staff. very helpful 2) bed - comfortable
1) room is super small - no window 2) long trek from Shinjuku station
A ten minute walk from Shinjuku JR station makes it convenient to access airports and parts of Tokyo. A range of shops in the building is handy for late night needs.
Rooms are small (even for Tokyo) and wifi was a bit patchy in some rooms but good in others and the lobby. Not much in the way of facilities for guests (eg. no gym or lounge).
Location is good.
Staff kind of speaking English very well. But some of them just lack of Japanese charm.
good location , have limousine bus to hotel from airport, very convenient, walk distance to sinjuku center to shopping, and take subway
Cannot have a good sleep because the noise from outside, neighborhood, the room is quiet small
Good location Staff helpful with locating attractions Room was quiet Japaneses restaurant great food and value for money
Poor Service No offer to take our bags, had to be asked to service room. Room very small for a true room a foot climb up too very small bathroom,(half the size of average Ensuite) small beds,Rock hard mattress. One very small window approx one foot long.overlooking street.Shops and choice of restaurants poor.
there was a secure area for suitcases staff spoke English and were very helpful bed and pillows were very comfy and clean very high standard wi fi was good I would stay there again
room a little small and no microwave
Location is nice ...7 eleven, family mart, coffee shop , subway station all nearby the hotel ...the airport limousine bus hv stop in front of the hotel..to take a taxi..the cost will count from 730 yen ..
The room n bathroom too small , although the hotel hv 6 lift ,but must wait 20min o more ...
They were strict on check in time. Paid SGD300 per night for a budget standard.
Access to floors/rooms fully open to public
Tour group & limo bus pick up.
location is perfect! Easy to access to everywhere in Shinjuku
room is small! Be prepared
Location, helpful staff, facilities
Dated decor, no English language channels on TV, patchy Wi-Fi
-About 10-15mins of walk and easy to find from Shinjuku station. Since there are lots of train lines stopping there, you can get relatively fast almost anywhere in Tokyo. -This is also a good choice if you want to stay late in Shinjuku nightlife and be able to walk back home. -Two convenience stores in the same building -Overall clean and comfortable, this money won't buy you a bigger room in Tokyo
-Not many restaurants in surrounding area, you'll have to walk at least 10 mins. -Sometimes you have to wait for an elevator annoyingly long time. -Sometimes you can hear everything that happens in the corridor outside of your room -Check-in is in the 3rd floor, it may be difficult to find at the first time
I liked that you could catch the bus from Narita to Shinjuku then bus out to The other airport the next day. Stress free when in transit.
Location 10 min walk from shinjuku south exit and oedo line station, a convienence store and many restaurant in the ground floor, nice view from the window, staff speaking english, corean and chinese.
Room was too little and not so tidy, all the facilities seemed old. A pachinko and many restaurants open to public make the ground floor crowded and maybe the hotel premises not so safe.
Good price, location & is very clean. Good value for a short stay if you do not want the rooms for any thing other than sleeping & changing clothes in. If you want space in your room, this is not for you.
-The size of the room as it was very, very, small & we could "only just" get our suit cases to fit in the room, & be able to move around. -The bed butted up to the walls on 2 sides, so that 1 person had to climb over the other to get out of bed. -The shower/bath would be very difficult for elder guests as there is a large step-up to get in & out of the very high bath edge to use the shower.
