-Near to the station -Cheap
-Staff can't speak English so the communication was difficult
Location was good, very close to te Mishima train station. Room was Japanese traditional and not to bad value for money.Staff was professional and kind. Japanese restaurant across the street was great choice for dinner.
"Mountain view" was through the very dirty window so preferred not to look through it all (not from the room, but rather form a small terrace attached to the room. There was no non-smokers room so room had a strong smell of tobacco. As a non-smoker I found this quite unpleasant and disturbing. Wi-Fi not great, wouldn't recommend to anyone who really needs to use it during their stay.
It was relatively near the train station but we needed to ask for directions a few times. The hotel was clean the people friendly and helpful! We would return again.
With large luggage, going up the steps to enter the hotel was hard, but when we left, one of the employees helped us bring them down.
I was unable for book a non-smoking room. Got a smoking room which was not really comfortable because of the odor.
Proximity of the station Amazing optional japanese breakfast Nice rooms
Limited booking availability
Location was good with parking
A strong smell of tatami since you get in to the hotel, staffs arent kind, no bed and in bad quality, couldnt really sleep and back hurts for a week, little bathtub thing didnt make us want to enjoy a bath. It was the worse hotel i had in Japan :(
Close to Shinkansen station and local shrine. No problems–was as advertised.
Excellent value for money and great, convenient location to Mishima Station!
Steep stairs to lug heavy suitcases up to the check in counter. And we had to use wifi in the lobby because it didn't work from our room.
The Hotel is very close to the Station and easy to find. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops close by. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and you can use the in-house onsen.
Nothing at all.....!!!!
Very disappointed with lights. Place look sleazy n creepy- "lack of light" at the lift area n walk way. We was disturb from opposite car park. People was talking loud. Lucky to stay one night. Can't wait to get out.
The staff were very helpful when I arrived and had a problem. The location is good only 1 block away from JR station, just make sure you go out the main entrance. Go down the first street on your left. The hotel is about 100m down the hill. There is one flight of stairs up to the lobby.
If you don't like very hard beds then you are out of luck.
Everything was wonderful! Nothing was elaborate, but everything was clean and you had everything you needed. Perfect for if you just need the basics for a comfortable stay and don't intend to spend a ton of time there.
Staff were very accomodating and let me leave my bag at reception on the final day after checking out as my flight wasn't until later on in the evening.
Cleaners were a little noisy some times when I wanted to wake up later in the morning, but they did try their best to work around me occupying the room for longer periods in the morning.
