Score from 298 reviews Very good
Friendliness of staff, excellent location and cleanliness of room.
Nothing I can thinking of.
Fantastic staff very helpful good English speaking staff . Rooms are very clean and new small but that's Tokyo. You have to pay for big rooms
Great location, just few blocks away from the heart of shopping area in Ginza. Opposite of the hotel, we can actually enjoy Ippudo Ramen
no shuttle bus direct to international airport.
travel with children is no-no.
Location location location. Second time staying at this hotel. If you want the following, do consider this hotel: new hotel, adequate room space, bath tub + shower area, comfortable beds, Ginza shopping, fish market within walking distance, subway access within walking distance, great Ramen restaurant across the street, great Sushi restaurant behind the hotel, department store shopping (especially food hall), and great staff.
Breakfast varieties did not vary for the 4 nights we stayed at the hotel, it's very functional though, gets the job done. Check-Out time is 11 AM, which is an hour earlier than Hong Kong / Chinese hotels, and it wasn't mentioned specifically during check-in, BUT the hotel staff did call @ 12, and also gave us until 1 PM to check out before extra charges. Other than these, this hotel is highly recommended for Ginza!
We stayed in twin sharing room, it is comfortable. Hotel location is close to station, easy to transfer. We stayed for 5 nights, if breakfast menu has more variety, it would be great!
the location was excellent very near the train stations and in the heart of Ginza
there was only one english news channel
No negatives at all! Highly recommend
Location Cleanliness Spacious (for Tokyo)
Weak wifi, very slow connection
Hotel is close to several metro entrances. We took metro to Haneda Airport when we depart. Many restaurants nearby for eating options.
A fresh relatively new hotel with dark stained wood giving a Japanese feel to it. Friendly helpful staff with moderate to good English skills. Higher floors give a good view of a Tokyo sunrise across the top of the buildings. Easy walk to Tokyo station.
The rooms were small but that is to be expected in Tokyo where space is at a premium.
The hotel restaurant could have been better. And there was no room service.
Located in a quiet street, but just minutes away from Ginza Subway which was so convenient to get anywhere in Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helped with maps and getting our luggage forwarded.
Breakfast at the restaurant seemed overpriced.
Excellent location - very close to Ginza station with three subway lines and Higashi-Ginza with two subway lines. Easy to get from Narita airport by bus. The room was very nice, clean and event stylish, bathroom facilities were new and good. Tea and coffee provided were rather good. The staff is very helpfull and frieandly.
The only negative point - the room was very small, there was no place for a large suitcase. The wardrobe is also not large enough for two girls with a lot of clothes.
Excellent location. Had everything we needed. A small room but didn't expect anything bigger.
Hanging space is limited but manageable.
Location, receptions, room
WiFi very slow!
Great location, modern, easy, efficient, friendly staff. In a very high class area. Extremely good value. Also a very clean hotel. Bathroom was large and toiletries were very nice.
Twin beds were small, as were the rooms but that is expected. The rooms were perfect for me.
Location was excellent, right in the middle of Ginza. Taxi drive from Tokyo station cost only 700 yen, much better than metro especially when you were with small kid. Hotel interior design was modern and comfortable. Many restaurants and convenient stores were in walking distance.
Wifi in 16th floors was not good working.
great location loved the traditional Japanese breakfast amazing shower
Location was wonderful - we could walk to many sights, and easily access transit. The breakfast selections were very good - excellent staff keeping everything running very smoothly. Reception staff were able to solve our wi-fi problem immediately we raised it by giving us access to a different network. This is a great hotel right in the heart of Ginza - it's quiet and you don't realize you are in the middle of an immense urban environment. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We struggled with the wi-fi for 24 hours but this was fixed immediately we raised it.
The location and decor ! A bit small the rooms but....it's Ginza !
The poor English of the staff ....
Room is small for 2 persons
Location, facilities, comfort
location in Ginza, next to subway, bathroom very clean with upgraded fixtures. breakfast buffet was very elegant. 10 minutes walk to city airport shuttle and 5 minutes to Marriott where all pick ups for days exursions are.
Room was very small, no city view even from the last floor. Lack of hot water pot and tea in the room.
Good location, comfortable room although a little on the small size
virtually no hanging space
