We had one full day to explore Tokyo and this was the best place to base ourselves. Very close to the TCAT where we could take a bus from Narita airport. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Tokyo subway. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, and friendly staff
Room was quite small, but that's Tokyo!
Generally as bit skeptical with 3 star places, but this was fantastic! more like a 4 star. Room was small, but its japan! Still was comfortable enough. We were only in room to sleep mostly. The staff spoke enough English, some spoke very well. I would stay there again! Location was great, we walked everywhere and had several subways within 2 mins walk or more near us. Price was FANTASTIC!!
Area is not very exciting but not dead. The hotel is very close to 3 different subway lines so it is very convenient to visit Tokyo Staff speak english
The bedroom and the bathroom are really too small, that is the only negative items.
Everything apart from the internet connection. Its a great hotel, and I will be back for sure.
Wifi Signal is strong, that is not an issue, but the actual internet connection is super slow and dropping all the time. Every now and then the connection will drop, so you don't have internet for a minute or two. In the morning the connection is fast and stable, in the evening, it's horrible.
Friendly staff. Clean but very small rooms. Good value for money though.
Breakfast is poor. But enough options in the neighbourhood.
Size of Rooms
We stayed in this hotel in October 2014 at the beginning and the end of our trip to Japan, totally for 8 nights. The hotel located 5 minutes walk from 2 subway stations. The staff are very helpful and kind and speak English in a good level. The room was very clean and comfortable but small (like in almost all business hotels in japan). There are a lot of different restaurants in the area near the hotel.
Wi-fi connection is not always good from the room (we stayed at the 7th floor).
clean room, very good location, helpful staff
The toilet was a new experience.
The room was very small.
It wasnt the greatest hotel in which we stayed during our trip to Japan, but it was the cheapest! Great location and price is what we liked most.
We were on the 9th floor the wifi connection was really bad. Very small room but longer stay i would not recommend but it is adequate to the price we paid ( really cheap)
The hole experience was very nice, the hotel is like in the pictures. The personal was very polite, the room is tiny but clean and confortable, You can use the washing machine for 300Y. They give You kits like cream, etc etc very nice too. // nuestro primer hotel en japon, no decepciono, pequeño pero ordenado y limpio. El personal muy educado y atento, puedes usar la lavadora y secadora por 300 Y. La experiencia muy buena, volveríamos!
The wifi very slow. //el wifi lento.
1. Location - it is close to 2 subway lines. There are few restaurants and bakery very close to hotel. 2. Very clean room. 3. Green/Black tea for your choice.
1. Room is very small - just a little bit bigger than a bed. 2. No place for clothes in the room - just few hangers on the wall. 3. Breakfast is fine but very simple and the same everyday. It is ok if you stay for only 2-3 day.
The location was very good, in a beautiful neighborhood, with two metro lines nearby in distance of 3-8 minutes walking. The hotel provides big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc in the bathroom. And that is all I can say what is positive of this hotel.
Breakfast was excluded. The room was tiny and no wardrobe. For a couple, you can hardly move. The front doors of the rooms are in open space, which makes it look like in a motel, and rainfall can come inside. The bathroom reminded me of my former times in a student dormitory, it was a one-piece-plastic cabin with around 1.5 m2. One day the foot towel was forgotten by room service, another day the single bottle of water. Compared to the price paid, which is at least mid-level, I would expect something much better; this is more a rip-off with the quality of a hostel.
Good value for money Very well located in an area full of nice and cheap restaurant Easy to reach by metro Nice and helpful staff speaking English fluently
Very late check in and early check out, although it is standard in Japan
Very clean, quiet, comfortable location near 2 metro lines, nice area with a lot independent shops and lots of excellent place to eat.
Our room was a little bit too small for two persons, no wardrobe, no space to keep luggage open.
Location is great. Quiet but lively area and within easy reach of metro
Room was pretty small. It was basically just the bed and 1-2m2 extra.
Good Location , nearly subway to anywhere. Easy .
It's a convenient hotel. Good value for money. The neighbourhood is quite and several metro stops are nearby. There are several seven eleven in the area as well. Friendly staff; they helped us to find our way in Tokyo and they kept our luggage for two days.
Room very small but clean.
Bad wifi reception in toilet
The staffs here very helpful, they helped us to book a taxi, received Disney tickets & courier from Amazon Japan. Nice location if your plan is visit around the east area (e.g. Ueno, Asakusa, Ginza etc), near to station, surrounding by family marts and 7-11, a lot of restaurant nearby. Quite near to Haneda Airport. Just cost us around JPY8,000 to airport.
- location (two different metro/subway stations just around the corner) - good value for money (especially for Tokyo)
- cleanliness (we stayed for four nights, and we constantly found black hairs in our fresh towels, on the bathroom wall and in the fresh nightwear. Also surfaces were rather dusty, plus in the bathroom there was one spot which hasnt be cleaned at all. We really were a bit freaked out and felt uncomfortable.) -WiFi (supposedly available in the room but in reality, the connection was only stable in the lobby and broke off constantly while in the room)
Room small. Clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the lobby. Shops nearby. Quiet at night.Staff really helpful. Common area clean and with facilities. Very good location, very good price
- Location ok, walking distance to Tokyo station - Facilities ok (Laundry, coffee/tea, Internet, Vending machines)
- Strict rules for check in/check out times, arriving 15 minutes before check in time adds 1 000 yen to price.
There is a metro station 2 blocks away and convi store on the same block. English-speaking staff.
Rooms are really small, to the point where opening doors may pose a problem, Wi-Fi connection was dropping all the time.
The location was really good. The subway line was very comfortable; one of the 2 lines for all important attractions.
Wifi in the room was poor, much better in the lobby
