Just 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station, close to Ginza on a nice quiet street. Good facilities, nice clean room. Typically small room but big enough for 2 people.
Really poor wi-fi (first time that I am writing it about a Japanese hotel), really slow lifts.
convenient location and reasonable comfort
Very small room
Really friendy staff enjoyed every bit of my stay
Clean room. Quite for city center.Close to station for trains for airport and other parts of Japan
Small room. Not enough place for cloths
Great location. 7-8min walking disitance from the main train station and 10min from Ginza main shopping street. Friendly staff.
Late check-in and early check-out (10am). Rooms are very small. My room was for 2, but I barely fit in with 1 big suitcase. Expensive
The hotel is less than 10 min walk from the Tokyo train station. There's a supermarket and metro station next to the hotel, and the Ginza shopping district is also nearby.
The room was very warm, and we had two options: To sleep with AC turned on, or with window opened. We have chosen the second option, although the area is noisy.
Great location, close to Tokyo Station; staff were great.
The room is fairly small, but I expected that before arriving. The biggest problem I had was that the pillows were huge. I hurt my neck using the pillows the first night and then tried to go without the second. Not much sleep either night. Comfortable pillow would have made a big difference.
Central location Good value for money Modern Polite, helpful staff Clean
Wi-Fi was weak in the room Room was small-ish, but this could be typical for most Tokyo hotels
Rooms were bigger than expected and location great
It is a nice boutique hotel. Room is pretty quiet and clean. And it is located near a subway station.
It was still quite a distance from the Tokyo station and dragging my luggage to find the hotel was quite tiring for me. But compared to the other hotels nearby, it is still a cheaper hotel with reasonable facilities and room.
Close to tokyo station.
Rooms very small . Could hardly get cases in door.
Location is awesome, close to subway and Tokyo station. Breakfast Bar Buffet is a great start to a day for a fair price.
I wished they had some English travel brochures for tourist in the room. The dont mind paying for Wifi if the wifi was much faster
Place is very clean. There is a free drink bar. Very close to Tokyo and Ginza and not too far away from train station.
The wifi in the room in the open air passage is very weak and sometimes do not connect.
good location (not far from Tokyo station and subway lines) - convenient for a short stay if you want to see the most important tourist attractions of Tokyo (also on foot)
"masked" the entrance to the hotel (reception is on the first floor, accessible only by elevator and enter next to the restaurant and there is no clear markings); average quality breakfast and quite cramped rooms - at this price you can expect more comfort
This is a business type hotel about 10 mins walk from the main train station in tokyo, so it´s perfect if you want to be near the Ginza shopping, or if you plan on taking the train. There is a metro station about 150 meters away. The area is a business area so it´s quiet at night. The breakfast costs 800 Yen and is a good buffet in the bar on the ground floor. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful. I would stay again if i ever get the chance to go back to Toyo :-)
very close to two different lines of Tokyo metro and main railroad station. Inside business district with many shops, restaurants. Silent place.
Our room was small even for Japan. Wi-Fi isn't ready for more than email.
The location and complimentary pyjamas ! The room was really good too.
Convenient location, very clean but very, very small. Staff is very helpful.
They asked for an additional $20 to give us the room 1 hour before formal check in though I'd written to say we'd arrive an hour early, and the room was ready. This seemed petty.
Less than a 10 min walk from Tokyo station. A great hotel that is near to Ginza and not too far from Tsujiki Fish Market
We had 3 people for 1 night and it was $225. We selected it as we needed to come back to Tokyo for one last day before our afternoon flight back to USA. Near the Ginza & Kyobashi subway stops. Staff spoke English well. Beds were firm. In-room fridge worked - we bought breakfast items from the mini-mart next store.
It was tight for 3 people & beds. Farther from Tokyo Station than we thought, esp. when walking as there is no bus or subway option from TS to hotel. Had to get to TS quickly to catch a train so we had the front desk call a cab. The price was 730 Yen plus another 400 yen for making the reservation. Bathroom door swung out into room which encroached on the usable area of the room. The wifi was very spotty in the room. It worked for the iPad, but not the iPhone unless you were on the other side of the room. View was of a brick wall on one side and into a business office window on the other sideLong walk to Ginza for dinner. Not a lot of food choices near the hotel. Not a tourist area, more of a business hotel. Pillows felt like sack of flour - I used the comforter as the pillow.
Functional A lot of amenities Free and good wifi connection
Did not want to book a restaurant for us Rooms a bit small when travelling with big suitcases on a longer trip as a couple
friendly staff and tasty breakfast. great public bath with weird floating fruit. perfect location between Harajuku and Shibuya (5 minute walk to each)
while totally safe, it is down a dark alleyway.
Good location, very close to Tokyo station and Ginza!
Staff should speak more English!
People politeness, and cleanliness
1. Hygiene was absolutely poor. I saw hair in one of the cups. 2. The air conditioner was very noisy!! 3. The bed was too small for me a 5 feet 3 lady 4. The room was extremely small!!
