Near Ginza and Tokyo Station
The entire experience was excellent.
Pillows were hard.
newly renovated hotel. excellent location
Location is great, clean facilities, walking distance from Tokyo Station.
Location is good as it sits between Tsukiji and Tokyo Station. Hauling around luggage from Tokyo Station may be a little difficult if you're not fully able, but with the Family Mart and a range of other convenience stores nearby, a cheap riceball breakfast is simple.
As with all hotels in Japan, it was quite small, so if you have plenty of baggage, it may post a bit of a problem. Though this wasn't really an issue for us. An FYI only.
Superb location, 10 min walk from tokyo station and 10 min walk from Ginza area.
check in strictly 3pm, with 10am checkout. When you leave your luggage with them, the liggage simply put in corner of the very small lobby, accessible by anyone in the lobby.brakfast was not included.
Super single size bed, big enough for one adult and one child.
Lobby too small and is located on the second floor.
Lobby at 2nd floor.
Location is superb. Walking distance to the main area eg Ginza and nearby to the subway (Marunauchi Line).
We have taken the room at the outside corridor. We thought it was cool at first. However, we then realise the cooking smoke from the restaurant next door can be smell from the room... Perhaps, the hotel can consider do up better sealing at the edge of window and door ..
In a quiet part of Ginza but walking distance to Ginza main strip, fish market and the Hamarikyu Gardens. There are 2 stations (private lines) within 3 mins walk and JR Tokyo station is only 10 minutes away. The Ginza train line is super convenient as it runs from East-West through Tokyo and stops at the main stations making it very easy to get around. It's set out of the hustle and bustle so not ideal if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife. The rooms are a good size (by Japanese standards) and the staff speak English. If you are a coffee drinker I highly recommend the cafe opposite Kyobashi station- Pen Museum.
- Location excellent!! - Room is clean
Room too small
Nearness to main Tokyo railway station once you'd found it. Excellent position between two subway stations.
the map provided was not clear so the first time the hotel was difficult to find.
Convenient location near Tokyo rail station and very near 2 metro stations.
Rooms a bit small (but typical of many rooms in central Tokyo)
room is very small
It was in a good location, really close to the metro and an easy walk to Tokyo main line. This is a perfect place for a last night in Tokyo if leaving from Narita airport the next day.
wifi in the room was a little flaky but that might be because we were right at the back of the hotel.
Very nice staff. Willing to go out of their way to help us. Very good location. About 8 mins walk to Tokyo JR station or 3 mins walk from Kyobashi subway. 15 mins walk to Ginza shopping area. Next to family mart so we didn't have to worry of having nothing to eat.
Clean, comfortable and quiet room. A good location near two subway stations as well as Tokyo Station. Is a direct subway trip to/from Haneda Airport if you catch the right train to Takaracho station.
Most rooms are very small. If you're good friends with your room partner, you'll be ok, but there's not much room to have both people moving around at the same time.
Excellent location, center of Tokyo, close to many train lines
Free wi-fi, excellent location, cleanliness of the room, provision of sleepwear
Free coffee is available only from 3:00 pm - 12 midnight
The location - once you realised that you could cross the street from the J.R. Central entrance = walk right to the Ieseu Bookshop turn left and continue along this street until the small street on the right before the next major intersection.
The difficulty in changing my bookings which were necessary due to plane flight alterations. Also it seems that a cancellation fee was charged which no other hotel chose to do especially as we were staying three nights.
Comfort and location. Friendly, efficient staff and clean rooms.
No English news and other channels on tv - everything in Japanese! Small (tiny) room!
This hotel was about 7mins walk to Tokyo Central JR Station, 1 min walk to the Toei subway line & 3min walk to the JR Metro line. When we researched the hotel we saw double bed rooms were 15 sq m, but if you don't mind sleeping in separate beds, the room size is 26 sq m- we had two old-size double (not queen size) beds in it, a lounge & desk- was squishy, but still comfortable- this is Tokyo, where rooms are notoriously expensive & small. Rooms were clean & bright & very quiet. Wifi was excellent (free).Staff were all very friendly & helpful. In the lobby there is a coffee machine - only available 3pm-12MN (free) & a supply of teabags, sugar, creamer etc always available- kettle in the room, but no coffee sachets.
Would have liked coffee sachets available (instant coffee would be fine), or coffee available in the morning in the lobby. There are few restaurants nearby with menus with English subtitles or pictures- great little Taiwanese restaurant in the next block that does have this facility. This made it difficult to dine as we cannot read Japanese. If we visited Tokyo again we would choose a different location because of this- probably in Shinjuku, where there's many more meal choices with equally good accessibility (although noisier).
The location was central, only a short walk from my conference venue and also very close to the Ginza shopping area. There's a nice restaurant/bar downstairs. Very clean hotel with friendly staff.
Small rooms Couldn't check in earlier even though i made request over a week earlier. Hotel staff were not allowed to assist me place an order over the phone even though i couldn't speak japanese.
This hotel is located at a good place and has very small but good rooms. Wifi works fine and personell is very helpfull. Free coffee but not in the morning (?) Easy to find the hotel.
You could hardly move in your room with the two of us.
