Location is good, Close to C6 underground Mall Exist. The staff is good in English speaking.
The room is old and sunlight not enough. I request for non-smoking room but there is an ashy tray inside the room and full of smoke smell.
So close to Ikebukuro West Exit (maybe 5 minutes walking). Very cheap. The room was a bit bigger than expected.
It is old and may need a renovation, i mean... but it is ok to rest, have a shower and be comfortable.
Clean and nice staff
Maybe the another costumer stay in the hotel noisy
I liked the size of the rooms.
I didn't like that this hotel was located in the middle of the red light district. There was very questionable establishments surrounding all sides of the hotel.
inability to speak English
Breakfast is very good and budget. Coffee and shibuya toast are a perfect match. I love the location where I can walk to the Unversity. Overall this hotel is good for my budget.
The building is quite old although is clean.
clean, spacious as for Japanese standards
a little expensive
The hotel is in a very convenient location. The telephone worked in the room, and I was able to phone to my friends to say I had arrived.
It was a bit difficult to find. Fortunately I am familiar with Japan, but a first-time visitor would have had a hard time finding the hotel. Perhaps a larger sign is necessary outside. Breakfast was a bit scrappy.
directly next to major station exit wifi didn't work, they gave me a private router, just ask nice cleaning everyday nice staff
i think it was located in a back alley with some special bars, but very safe overall, nothing to worry
The hotel facilities is in the medium class, but the location and cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast menu need to increase.
the room is quite nice, they have almost everything you need. the staff who works during the night time, he was quite friendly even he couldn't speak good English.
the staff who works during afternoon, a women with mask looks like 28-30, she was really impolite, after during these days in Japan, she was the only one I feel rude. if you wanna experience those courtesy of Japanese, don't choose here! my room was in the corner as a single room, and the cleaning room is right next to my room, so everytime when the staff open/close the door, it can wake me up. the area is kinda weird, there are many sexual servers near by, you might feel weird if you are traveling alone as I do.
Cheap and good
Very near Ikebukuro station and easily accessible
Exceeding good location wh ich is very near the Ikebukuro station. From the bus stops of the nearby Tokyo Metropolitan Hall there are many shuttler bus to the various hot springs hotels outside Tokyo in other prefectures
Very small room for couple to stay in the semi double room
Near Tokyo Metro line
Size of bed
very convenience, hv 7-11/family store nearby!! the subway exit w/escalator, very good for heavy bag
During my stay the hot was great/friendly. Every morning around 12pm-1pm house keeping comes to clean the room and sometimes foldes your clothes lol. All in all my stay was great and dispite the fact that me and my friends were always loud everynight, the staff was always friendly and helpful to us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately stay here again.
The only thing i didnt really like was you could really bring guest in the room if it was late and if you have guest staying over you have to pay for their stay (2100¥)
