Everything is great! Brand bathing liquid, free Internet, own modern locker! 7-11 nearby! Metro and underground street is right at the main entrance. Safe! Private! Clean! 100% will come again!!!!!!

The capsule are confortable, bigger than I thought. I stayed in the "only ladies" room. The bathroom is very large, and you have a lot of beauty products at your disposal. You have lockers to put your stuff (however, not big enough to put a suitcase). The room was really quite. Finally, the hotel is well located, very close to Dotombori, a very nice and lively area at night.

There is no wifi in the room, only in the lobby downstairs.

I had wanted to try the Capsule Hotel experience, and this place was good as it allowed female guests as well as men. Facilities were clean, capsule size was fine, location was good, and getting given pajamas as well as towels was nice.

The other guests were not considerate of others who were trying to sleep, and talked at full volume at any hour of the night. The pull- down blinds at the end of the capsule did not block much light, and the main lights were never dimmed in the night. So I had a lousy night's sleep, and will not stay in a capsule hotel again – once was quite enough!!

I liked that each capsule was self contained, got fresh towels everyday, ammenities were available and this hotel was centrally located in the Shinsaibashi area!!!

Another capsule-based hotel. Not the best in Japan, but a good value for money. They also have normal dorms. Close to the subway.

it was surprising clean capsule hotel. They use Shishedo products. Locker is narrow.

Ventilation and air condition system poor for non smoking. I stayed in capsule smoke smell from lavatory came through my capsule although smoker was in smoking area in Lavatory so I can not sleep well. Normally almost Japanese smoke cigarette.

Locker is too small!

It's a new experience for me. The shower room is good. And it's a surprise that they have hair spray for ladies! It's great!

If you are travelling within a budget, this hotel is great for you just make sure dont bring a lot of stuff because the lockers are really small. I really like the shower room and the hot Jacuzzi that they have. location is great because it is close to the train station, tourist spots and bars and clubs. all in all i had a great experience in this hotel.

Cannot charge my electricity device like camera/phone/laptop in my 'bed room' , the plug is too far away from my way cos i stay at upstairs capsule and my wire is too short to connect from the plug at outside capsule.

The location and the price were outstanding. We will probably choose the same hotel again.

There's no need to change the towels every day. A lot of hotels has a system where you put your towels on the floor if you wish to replace them and hang them up if you want to use the same towel again. Maybe that could be a good thing here aswell?

V comfortable. Would like access to bath (I am female)! My husband said it was very good. Loved all the hair and body products.

관광하기에 위치도 정말 좋고 청결하고...잠만 자고 가기에 좋아요. 이런저런 물품들도 잘 비치되어 있어서 아무 준비 없이 가서도 하룻밤 문제 없이 보낼수 있어요. 작년에 여기 이틀 묵었는데 이번에 또 찾게 되었어요. 추천입니다.
