Excellent location in central Tokyo - subway station (3 lines) is 2 minutes from the hotel, and the limousine bus from the airport stops across the raod at the Akasaka Excel Tokyu Hotel. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops & convenience stores around the hotel. Room was clean, and bedsheets & towels changed daily. Small room and very small bathroom. No closet in single room, just hangers. Wi-fi only in the lobby area. Staff's English is very basic and they can't deal with any special requests. Breakfast is at an adjacent coffeee shop - limited breakfast options to choose from, none very appetizing.

Hotel rooms are pretty small but clean and worth for the price. Breakfast served at the neighboring excelsior coffee and you have four choises of toast to eat. Boring to eat the same for long stays. You receive the best comfort and service for the rate you pay. Thanks for the never ending japanese hospitality. Hotel staff doesnt answer the emails through booking.com

Location very convenient for transport and restaurants. Hotel should be able to lend guests adapters for their electrical charging instead of making them buy them for just a few nights use.

A typical Japanese hotel, small rooms, clean, and excellent guest courtesy at front desk. Location is pretty good, with subway access to Shibuya, Roppoongi and other central Tokyo areas. Subway station Akasaka-mitsuki less than a block away. Atasaka, nice for dining, modern and clean, but not much nightlife. Good price for downtown, about $100 US/night.

The staff is very friendly and speaks English. Rooms are clean and compact. Location is superb, the near metro station (1 minute walk) has very convenient lines. The Akasaka area has many restaurants, bars and convenience stores and is usually very crowded at night with business men.

This is a business style hotel that I as a leisure traveller found great. Spacious rooms for a well priced Tokyo hotel, clean, helpful staff and in a central location near the metro. This is a well priced business hotel so don't expect pool, gym etc

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that breakfast was included. The locations was near 2 subway stations, so it was very easy to get around. Our "non-smoking" hotel room smelled like smoke. We considered asking to be moved, but realized it was coming through the vents and from outside our room.
