I have stayed here for the last three years. I find the hotel rooms very clean.The JR sta is just min away. Department stores are also within walking distance.

1- Situation : in one of liveliest district and near one of bigger station of tokyo 2- quality of services and personnel

No wi-fi in the room : we have to going down in lobby to connect to wi-fi

The staff were amazing nothing too much trouble, the best service i have had anywhere in the world.

Everytng was excellent no comment, could not fault this hotel.

fast and efficient. they provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body foam. I like the sense of security (lifts, doors). excellent location. very convenient.

The cleanliness of the room when you are back from outside, you can smell that. So clean and I love it. The location is just a step away from everything. The best there is.

Complimentary wifi only in the lobby so you can see all guests cluster around with their gadget in there hands. No conversation. And the wifi speed also very slow. (They also have comp wifi in the room by the cable. But guys, who carry their laptop around the world if you not on your working trip)

Excellent location very close to train station (and night life as well). Very helpful staff. Well priced breakfast buffet (both japanese and western style).

Economy room was extremely small, standard double-bed room (hotel's category was "queen") was normal. Compared to other japanese hotels, amenities were very poor.

The service is good. Receptionist english is good. Provide bus service to airport directly. Hotel near to subway. Food is everwhere

Wifi at lobby only (for the price you pay), seek to reissue my hotel acess card and if u fail to return back, they will charge you the card (500yen) if i'm not mistaken.

Sunroute hotel is very conveniently located near the Shinjuku jr station. Just 5 minutes walk from the station and you will see the hotel. The hotel is very new and it's not a small hotel. I appreciate the service from the staff. I have a special request to arrange for a twin room in the first night and a single room for 2 nights. They have arranged everything for me seamlessly. I left my luggage in the room in the morning on the second day and they moved the luggage to the other room. When I come back from my whole day trip in Disney Sea, I saw my luggage there! I'm very pleased about it!! Everything just works smoothly and the staff were so helpful!!

As usual, the hotel room is small just like most of the other Japanese hotel rooms I've stayed in in the past.

I love the hotel so much...clean..very good location and very nice staff...even give me a birthday note bec it's my birthday when i checked in...i wish to receive a small gift next time..lol....happy and peaceful stay at the hotel..worth my money!!!

Excellent location only 5 minute walk to train station and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Food in hotel restaurant very good and reasonably priced.

The rooms could do with a limitless upgrading but there were clean and adequate

Good location close to the metro system and the busy street life of Shinjuku. There are many restaurants around and under the railway station. The hotel room was smallish but nothing bad by Japanese standards and not worse than similar hotels we stayed in around Japan. I would recommend this hotel.

Free WiFi in reception area. Very close to Shinjuku station and therefore links to airport and all of Tokyo highlights. Comfortable rooms, good variety of toiletries including toothbrush and paste, razor and hair brush!

Breakfast not included. It is available at reasonable cost.

Located centrally yet with a sense of being tucked away from the crowds. Room was of a better size than one expects of Tokyo mid-price hotels. While we were first given a room with a small window and no view, they moved us promptly when asked next day.

My only two issues were nonetheless pretty vital: No wifi in the rooms. It was inconvenient to have to stay in the lobby to connect. And the pillows were odd --- stuffed with what seemed like beans--- and so uncomfortable I found it quite difficult to sleep.

Great location with easy access to JR and subway lines plus. Wifi was free in guest lobby room. Best was local Scandanavian bakery next to JR station for all breakfast goodies plus many local cafes nearby. Staff (except for one) was super helpful and had good English.

Rooms were a little small plus no window view at all. Breakfast buffet not included and seemed pricey.

Location was the only thing that we liked about this hotel.

Reception staff were not welcoming and were very reluctant to help. We realize that the hotel was full but when we requested a twin room instead of a double for our adult children, we were denied, despite our lengthy 9 night stay. We had to book another single room for the duration. Also the room was tiny with no wardrobe, bedside tables and absolutely no storage whatsoever. Our used cups were simply rinsed out, not washed or replaced with new cups each day. Our request for transport from the hotel to Haneda Airport for 3.30am was eventually arranged after much haggling with the reception staff.

Location

It's near Shinjuku train station and local shops. Transportation to and from Narita Airport is really easy. By getting in and out at jr south- east exit.

On the map show subway exit not jr exit, Plus there is no underground pathway that connected between jr station and local subway line. For first time traveler might get lost or confuse easily.
