The location was excellent - very convenient to the subway line as well as the airport train, and lots of shopping in the neighbourhood. We especially liked Namba Parks, the new shopping mall, for an excellent range of interesting shopping It took a little while to figure out how to access the hotel from the subway and Takashimaya as its such a maze in the basement. |

Clean room, great location about Namba Station. Not ideal if you want to get the most out of your Japan Rail Pass though as the JR Namba station is about 15 minutes away. Very expensive to use LAN cable in the room. We've stayed at much cheaper hotels and LAN internet access has been free. Room was also a bit small for the price. |

The hotel was too full and on one occasion we could not have breaikfast on the executive floor and were sent all over the hotel before being sent back! It was very poor treatment. Also the concierge services and recommendations were very unsophisticated. |

The check-in staff was fast and efficient and rooms were arrange when available instead of insisting customer to wait till 3pm. This is a plus compare to many hotels in Japan that charges for extra.. The hotel location is a distance from Shin-OSaka station and if you have many bags yand traveling at peak hour on the subway can be a problem. |

Great location to go anywhere in Osaka. Besides, it is a shopping heaven for shopper where you can find both branded shops like Muji and street shops just a minute walk from hotel. Although the baht room is clean by Japanese standard but the facility and equipment is a bit out dated. |

My sisters had booked 3 room in advance except me-alone. They were allocated to 3 rooms with queen size bed and a single sofa. After we checked in, i booked my room on booking.com and only requested to have the same floor. but i was very surprised when i received even bigger room with 2 separate single bed and a twin sofa... with a cheaper price room rate. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Its so convenient that they even provide service to bring our luggage to the inside of stations so we can take the subway to the Osaka Airport. The only thing not convenient is no provision of an Iron and board, so we have to pay for the service. Otherwise we might have to bring a travel iron. |

The hotel is located right above the Namba station and Takashimaya is just next to it. There are also many food outlets and many other shoppings very near it. In addition, the hotel staff helped us bring our luggages to the train station, right outside the track of our train stop to Kansai International Airport! I cannot think of any hotel that can be so accessible and with such excellent services. I would strongly recommend this hotel. |

The location is great, really close to the Namba Station. The staff was not friendly and had no smile on their face even when we approached them. And I requested a King-size bed a month ahead and they could only gave us Queen size. |

The location is fantastic -- really convenient from Kansai Airport and then perfectly central in Osaka itself, close to fashionable shops, restaurants and attractiions. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to various types of travellers -- they have rooms for various budgets. |
