主人と、泊まりました。ベッドも広くて、ロビーや部屋の雰囲気も良く、バスルームも清潔感があり、快適でと- ても良い部屋でした。 窓も広く、夜は夜景が綺麗です。 ネスプレッソのマシーンがあり、美味しいコーヒーも飲めて嬉しかったです。

スパがあるとの事で、このホテルを選んだのですが、支払いは部屋につけられない、朝10時にフロントへ払え- など言われ、フロントへ行けばチェックアウト時でいいと言うし、施設とフロントの連携がなされていない。ふ- ん、2000円くらいちゃんと払うわよ。 暗証番号なども面倒だし、感じ悪いので二度とスパは、利用しません。

The room had a beautiful view of Osaka. It was a good size, and had a very nice bathroom. Everything looked new.

The swimming pool was not included in the hotel price; they wanted to charge 3,500 yen for a day. Instead we went to near-by Spa World Osaka and paid only 1,000 yen for unlimited use (a much larger facility for a much better price.)

Good location, easily reach from Kanzai Airport either by Nankai line or take jr line then subway Midosuji line. Tour pick up from this hotel. Very helpful concierge staffs especially thanks to Ms Ha.

Very conveniently located. Right on above Namba station, and minutes walk from Namba Park and about 10 minutes walk to Dotonburi where all the food are.

Free internet provided in the lobby is a tad slow.

An excellent location just 30 minutes from Kansai Airport with gourmet and shopping ideally. I've tried your neck support pillow, I suggest as if can purchase it from the hotel directly. Besides I'll try to get it from the supplier by myself. I had a wonderful stay and will consider to visit for my next trip in the near future.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the hotel staff to help me find places to go in Osaka. All of the staff I have encoutered can speak both Japanese and English very well. The location of the hotel is also terrific. Right above JR Namba Nankai Station and a short walk to Namba Subway Station.

This hotel claims to be a 5 star establishment, but I was treated with contempt. I was asked to move to a lower floor after 2 days to a room which did not have the same facilities as the room I was in. Eg it didn't have a coffee machine or basic international electronic equipment. These are facilities their ad clearly states they have. When I asked the staff about this I was stonewalled and had to take my complaint to management, who were unable or unwilling to resolve the issue.

The location, in the heart of Namba, is hard to beat. It is above the rail hub that connects directly to the Kansai International Airport, close to the best shopping and dining in Osaka, and provides some great views of the city. The rooms are comfortable enough, clean and well maintained, and the staff are fine.

The worst part of the service at this hotel is the nickle and diming. It is one thing to charge for internet (1,600 yen, or almost $20 a day), but requiring 2,000 yen to use the gym and still not be allowed to use the spa or pool areas unless you pay yet a further 1,000 yen is just ridiculous. On top of this, the business center charges for computer time, but has some weird image-blocking software makes it impossible to print out boarding passes. If the hotel changed this aspect, and even charged a bit more overall, it would be an unqualified recommendation.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The frontdesk have been very professional and helpful, and being Japan, they were more than courteous. Our room has a gorgeous view of the city. The room is large with a sitting area by the window. We can comfortably open two large suitcase. In addition, our room comes with the Nespresso coffee machine. The bath room has separate area which is very convenient for my wife to makeup. Room is well kept and maintained :)

Not any I can think of..

Location is great, next to Takashimiya Department Store and local shops and restaurants. Train stations are just below the hotel.

Staff's command of English is poor. Housing keeping is poor. Cleanliness is 3-star standard.
