シンガポールから福岡に帰った当日に車で大阪に向かい、ホテルに到着したのが夜中でして、誰もいないロビー- のなか、部屋のアップグレードを頂いたのは、気持的に本当に嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。大阪- 出張は次回もスイスホテルです。＾＾ |

Great location to go anywhere in Osaka. Besides, it is a shopping heaven for shopper where you can find both branded shops like Muji and street shops just a minute walk from hotel. Although the baht room is clean by Japanese standard but the facility and equipment is a bit out dated. |

My sisters had booked 3 room in advance except me-alone. They were allocated to 3 rooms with queen size bed and a single sofa. After we checked in, i booked my room on booking.com and only requested to have the same floor. but i was very surprised when i received even bigger room with 2 separate single bed and a twin sofa... with a cheaper price room rate. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Its so convenient that they even provide service to bring our luggage to the inside of stations so we can take the subway to the Osaka Airport. The only thing not convenient is no provision of an Iron and board, so we have to pay for the service. Otherwise we might have to bring a travel iron. |

The hotel is located right above the Namba station and Takashimaya is just next to it. There are also many food outlets and many other shoppings very near it. In addition, the hotel staff helped us bring our luggages to the train station, right outside the track of our train stop to Kansai International Airport! I cannot think of any hotel that can be so accessible and with such excellent services. I would strongly recommend this hotel. |

Easy access to surrounding town, eg Kobe, Nara, Kyoto. Hotel is international standard. Staffs very helpful. TQ for taking care of us. |

The location is great, really close to the Namba Station. The staff was not friendly and had no smile on their face even when we approached them. And I requested a King-size bed a month ahead and they could only gave us Queen size. |

Strategic location, direct connection to stations (subway, airport and trains) and shopping areas. Take the Rapid Express train to get to Kansai Airport for only 30 minutes. |

Excelent location, big, clean, quite rooms, helpful staff, wondeful view from the room over the city Need to pay a lot separate for all facilities such as internet, swimming pool, sauna, etc. even if you are the guest in this hotel |

The location is fantastic -- really convenient from Kansai Airport and then perfectly central in Osaka itself, close to fashionable shops, restaurants and attractiions. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to various types of travellers -- they have rooms for various budgets. |

The location was fabulous. I can't think there is a better place to stay in all of Osaka for location. The staff were lovely and the free city walk tour every day at 6pm was a great way to orientate to the area, and we got a fabulous sushi restaurant tip :) The shower pressure was the most amazing thing every in any hotel/house I've ever been in. The beds were slightly uncomfortable with a limited selection of pillows. But since it was so close to the relax massage services it gave us a nice excuse to go every day. |
