Otima localizacao, com facil acesso ao centro comercial e meios de tranporte.Alem do conforto do hotel e funcionarios muito eficazes! Internet lenta, poderia ser wi-fi,ja que em todos quesitos, o hotel e de primeira,a internet deixa a desejar...

Very good location, clean and large rooms, the panorama is fantastic. In room dining is ok, and we tried kobe beef in the restaurant, it was fantastic! Very polite and friendly staff. Only wired and not free internet in your room - but in Japan you can borrow wifi from other companies, so it's Okay. I highly recommend this hotel. Ofc the price of the services are 5 stars too. We stayed more 7 nights because it was very comfort.

The room had a beautiful view of Osaka. It was a good size, and had a very nice bathroom. Everything looked new. The swimming pool was not included in the hotel price; they wanted to charge 3,500 yen for a day. Instead we went to near-by Spa World Osaka and paid only 1,000 yen for unlimited use (a much larger facility for a much better price.)

Good location, easily reach from Kanzai Airport either by Nankai line or take jr line then subway Midosuji line. Tour pick up from this hotel. Very helpful concierge staffs especially thanks to Ms Ha.

Excellent location for travel connections using Railways and Subway. Ease of access with direct link from Kansai Int Airport. In Room Dining was very good. Good cafes in railway station for a light breakfast before traveling for the day. No Wi-Fi in rooms, only in Lobby area. Went for a casual meal and drink in the Sky Bar after arriving and was refused entry as was not enough room, even for a drink at the Bar!! Thats never happened at any hotel I've stayed in previously.

Very conveniently located. Right on above Namba station, and minutes walk from Namba Park and about 10 minutes walk to Dotonburi where all the food are. Free internet provided in the lobby is a tad slow.

An excellent location just 30 minutes from Kansai Airport with gourmet and shopping ideally. I've tried your neck support pillow, I suggest as if can purchase it from the hotel directly. Besides I'll try to get it from the supplier by myself. I had a wonderful stay and will consider to visit for my next trip in the near future.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the hotel staff to help me find places to go in Osaka. All of the staff I have encoutered can speak both Japanese and English very well. The location of the hotel is also terrific. Right above JR Namba Nankai Station and a short walk to Namba Subway Station.

The location was very good. Easy to get to the airport n just downstairs to the busy Namba area. Lovely view of the city from high floor. The subway is located Juz below e hotel. Staff was friendly and prompt in their service too.

This hotel claims to be a 5 star establishment, but I was treated with contempt. I was asked to move to a lower floor after 2 days to a room which did not have the same facilities as the room I was in. Eg it didn't have a coffee machine or basic international electronic equipment. These are facilities their ad clearly states they have. When I asked the staff about this I was stonewalled and had to take my complaint to management, who were unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Ease of getting there after arrival from Tokyo and for my daughter, from Kansai Airport. Cleanliness, available comforts. Surprised by lack of breakfast and difficulty of getting breakfast. Big is a good idea. We purchased big 5775 yen for 2 people per day- breakfast, internet and swimming. Breakfast is good. Internet is disappointing because you do not have WiFi in the room even after purchase so we were very diasappointed not to get internet especially in your small brochure in the room - it says WiFi available! The hotel changed swimming to gym. We experienced great difficulties because breakfast starts at 6.30am to 10.00 am, swimming pool opens at 9.00 am. People always swim before breakfast - after swimming at 9.00 am, there is no time to have breakfast. We decided to swim in the afternoon, but was stopped because we cannot swim after 12noon in spite of having paid 11.00pm the night before. You have to fix it. We had not Wifi, swimming caused an argument. So 5775 yen for 2 people only for breakfast! This is no big deal!

The location, in the heart of Namba, is hard to beat. It is above the rail hub that connects directly to the Kansai International Airport, close to the best shopping and dining in Osaka, and provides some great views of the city. The rooms are comfortable enough, clean and well maintained, and the staff are fine. The worst part of the service at this hotel is the nickle and diming. It is one thing to charge for internet (1,600 yen, or almost $20 a day), but requiring 2,000 yen to use the gym and still not be allowed to use the spa or pool areas unless you pay yet a further 1,000 yen is just ridiculous. On top of this, the business center charges for computer time, but has some weird image-blocking software makes it impossible to print out boarding passes. If the hotel changed this aspect, and even charged a bit more overall, it would be an unqualified recommendation.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The frontdesk have been very professional and helpful, and being Japan, they were more than courteous. Our room has a gorgeous view of the city. The room is large with a sitting area by the window. We can comfortably open two large suitcase. In addition, our room comes with the Nespresso coffee machine. The bath room has separate area which is very convenient for my wife to makeup. Room is well kept and maintained :) Not any I can think of..

Large, comfy room, with a good view over Osaka. Hotel located near to one of Osaka`s main train stations, and walking distance to the main shopping and nightlife areas. No free wifi in hotel. We had to queue for 15 minutes to checkout due to poor staffing at reception. The decor is looking a bit tacky and dated.

Location is great, next to Takashimiya Department Store and local shops and restaurants. Train stations are just below the hotel. Staff's command of English is poor. Housing keeping is poor. Cleanliness is 3-star standard.
