酒店环境好，干净舒适，就在难波站上面，距心斋桥，道顿堀十分钟路程，购物品美食超级方便。

位置很方便，去大阪及周边旅游首选。安排了无烟楼层，干净安静。

住了5天，其中1天没有补充咖啡。最不满是入住前在booking.com就预授权扣了信用卡房价全款，离开的时候又刷了全款，但到现在10天过去了预授权的全款还不退回来。- 在日本住了几家酒店，都没有这样的。

地點非常好，床很舒適。

位置一流，服务一流，这次行李较多，大堂美女服务员问需不需要把行李送到去机场的电车站，得到肯定后，还以- 为送到检票口，没想到一直送到电车上，这才是服务，一流服务

交通及市區觀光便利

交通极其便利，房间望出去景色蛮好。

刚入住进房发现有些地方大概客房服务人员忘打扫了，因赶时间出去，也不高兴投诉了。

The location is fantastic at right on top of the Nankai train station that takes you to the Kansai International Airport. It is also on top of the Nanba Subway that will take you to anywhere in Osaka and beyond, like Kobe and Kyoto. The staff was also very helpful and one of them, who is a very sweet young woman, even helped us to get our baggage all the way to the train platform and loaded them into the express train to the Airport. The hotel apparently had an arrangement with the train operator that they could access the train platform. It is hard to beat the location if you stay within Nanba, the major tourist spot of Osaka.

The rooms are actually quite small at 220 sq ft but they have put in a lot of thoughts to make sure that you have all kinds of amenities within the small room. It can do better with the quality of toiletries provided and especially with the toilet tissue, which was dangerously thin to work with. It is also somewhat pricey when compared with Fraser Residence that occupies a similar location just across the street, but gives you twice the space with a slightly lower price although it is a serviced apartment instead of a hotel. Checking in at 3 pm but checking out at 11 am was also too tight for most travelers.

The location is fantastic, right above Namba Nankai central train station that will link you to anywhere, awesome Japanese food in wlaking distance any direction. Beautiful staff and great Executive liunge facilities if you feel like the upgrade (check the seasonal specials for that..!) .

Only very small complaint is the carpets are a tad dirty and need a refurb. This process seems to be underway though and the slippers supplied solved the problem mostly. Light coloured carpets in hotels normally don't work for wear and tear so they might have realised that now and will fix in current refit.

Almost everything

Staff has some problems speaking English. Need to pay 2.000 Yen extra for the swimming pool & fitness. Is the first time in my live ! Especially for a 5 star hotel ! No points because I booked via Booking sites. A shame !!!

I stayed for 4 nights in the Swissotel Nankai Osaka. First of all I chose it because of its location in Namba area. I really appreciated to be at the 32nd floor (room 3222) ; the view is truly amazing. I also enjoyed the facilities of the hotel particularly the pool and the quiet Swiss Executive Room where you can take your breakfast, a refreshment or a tea in the afternoon. Moreover, the staff were helpful and professional. Therefore I recommend this hotel and I look forward to booking it soon.

Very convenince to go to other places and lots of fun for shopping and very good food around hotel. I really chose this hotel for my next trip to Osaka.

Was excellent and very convenient

The hotel was very clean and luxurious. Plus the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with advice and directions for sightseeing. Having the hotel on top of the main railway and subway stations made commuting around the city and the airport so easy. This is a great area for shopping and all sightseeing and activities are easily accessible from this hotel with the stations below.
