The bathroom is amazing. It is quite small but fully equipped with all you need. The shower is very practical. The location is also very good.

Location is very good,near the jr station and lively neighborhood, breakfasts were very delicious, the hotel would have been fine from many aspects. But the first day when I arrived hotel, I found an underwear in my room, it was lying under the desk, and that was not mine.I was shocked and called the FO to come and help me, the staff has apologized for what's happened, but my mom and I feel very uncomfortable. I am also working at the hotel in Taiwan, and I just can't believe it !

The 'b' as it is called in Tokyo, is very close and a short walk to the Ikebukuro station. It amongst the shopping and nightlife side of the railway station. It has a coined laundry which is convenient

The staff were not very helpful, and rude at times. I was really surprised by this, as Japanese people are usually very polite and helpful. On checking out, I was ill and was travelling with a baby and a couple of small children. My husband asked if the staff could arrange for a taxi to pick us up, and was laughed at by the two female staff members. He repeated himself, only to be laughed at again!! Only when we decided to just walk out, did one of the female staff members, run after us to then get a taxi. The hotel has guests stay on the 10th floor, and from there, the noise from the busy streets was very loud.

Found the breakfast very good value with a good choice of food. Good clothes washing and dryer facility at good value - and appreciated the washing powder being `service`. The front desk staff were welcoming and made a nice effort to speak English.

a couple more coat hangers in the room would have been great (there were two in my room).

Very good location, not far from jr Ikebukuro subway station, close to shopping mall, lots of restaurant, near bic camera.

No WiFi in the room, just lan line.

The breakfast was very good with some variety. It was central, near the rail station and shopping area. Considering it was next to a busy thoroughfare it was remarkably quiet in rooms. Staff were helpful.

The inability to regulate the air-conditioning when it became a little warm.

The restaurant for breakfast was dingy and smelt of smoke, not the most pleasant way to start the day. Needs a fresher feel. Frosty reception staff.

Good location. Can be accessed from Narita airport directly using jr line (expensive). Room is small as expected, but very comfortable. Coffee machine on the lobby is free.

Rooms facing main road are very noisy. No wardrobe, no bathtub.

1.good location 2.decent breakfast although I wish they had more choices as I stayed for a week and it was a similar spread throughout 3.loved the small but well equipped bathroom, great for tokyo standards To sum it up, a great stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Noisy location. Rooms were quite small. More western options for breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the subway and very easy to find. There seems to be a lot of shopping around the hotel, but the area is just so-so. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel serves very delicious food. The breakfast buffet is fine.

The rooms are VERY small, even though I booked a "deluxe triple", it looks like they just added one bed to a double room so there is very little space to move around in. The AC doesn't seem to work and we had to open the window a slit to vent the very stagnant air (and it was winter when we stayed).

Cleanliness and Room Comfort. Bathroom amenities have well fully and well provided.
