Convenient very !!!
Wifi very spotty and intermittent.
Location was excellent, 5 minutes to several metro entrances and close to clinic where I was working. Decent breakfast. Wash facilities on floor 12 very convenient for a longer stay. This would be a 2-star in the states, but 3-star for Tokyo - good value for a very expensive city. Bare bones rooms, no frills.
Simple breakfast included in the price. We liked the location close to supermarkets to do that last bit of 'foodie' shopping. Easy access to Suitengomai and from there the bus to Narita.
Breakfast is Japanese style and, frankly, not to my taste, but the coffee and soft drinks were very good.
The hotel is very conveniently located, only a few minutes walk from the Metro. Our room was small but adequate, very clean and the staff kept it immaculate during our stay. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Size of rooms. First night there was a lack of sockets so we couldn't have the kettle and my bedside lamp on at the same time. We returned a week later. The second room (a superior!? twin ) was a bit bigger and better equipped but we still tripped over one another when trying to move around the room. Also, instructions in English on the washing machine would have been useful.
Convenient location-only two stops from Shibuya. Staff helpful in tracking some lost property for me.
Cleanliness standards were strange, the towels and bedding were changed every day, whereas some parts of the room appeared never to be cleaned e.g. nooks and crannies of bathroom.
Location was relatively good - very close to Sangenjaya station which had good access to Shibuya. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
A printout in English of the a/c controls would be good.
The rooms are what I expected. Clean, quiet and efficient for a five day stay. The a/c was quiet and good. The Japanese breakfast was very good. A fun neighborhood within an easy walk with luggage to the metro. The staff will assist you with your luggage up the front steps or you can use the elevator in the rear of the building.
Watch out for the flight of stairs up to reception. But after that it's a lift to the Nth floor, phew! It was a very small room, but what would you expect in Tokyo?
Close to a metro station two stops from Shibuya. And the bathroom may have been tiny but it all worked, including one of those great Japanese toilet seats.
poor breackfast ..almost empty and only 7am to 10am just to let know for people : they ask to pay all at the day of arrival
i asked for quiete room, and the man was very kind to give me a good room. Room confortable , clean. Good place to stay. many shops around and near train station
Entrance steps are hard for me with heavy suitcases. I wish to have more spaces for the baggages.
People working there are very nice. Location is so convenient.
ROOM IN VERY VERY VERY SMALL
A slight tobacco smell inside the room, but we have been warned of while checking in the arrival day.
We like the location of the hotel, closed to the Sangen-Jaya, and surrounded of many restaurants and various shops; to be noticed there is at 300m, a nice and quite long pedestrian path which make you, while strolling along it, forgeting the overactive city. Excellent quality/price ratio . Rooms (at 11th floor) are quiet, tiny but comfortable.
The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked my room a lot.
room very little
kindness of the staff
Small room with nowhere to put your suitcase.
Clean, good value for money, bathroom was an adequate size, comfortable beds, great location close to Shibuya.
pillows to hard
location near train stations shops and plenty places to eat
Lumpy pillows and bathroom though clean was very cramped and not even a hook on the door.
Helpful and friendly staff re wi fi and left luggage. Different breakfast but enjoyable and fresh ground coffee in foyer. Although on Main Street bedroom was very quiet.
We stayed for 9 nights and ideally more wardrobe space would have been good
Chose this hotel due to location and was pleasantly surprised as the price was so reasonable, staff were very helpful and friendly, smooth and efficient check in/out. Room was clean and bed comfortable, would be happy to stay here again.
A budget hotel close to Shibuya, good local amenities and handy to get around Tokyo. We had a luxury double room as the beds are bigger than the standard double. The staff were extremely helpful and even looked after our luggage whilst we were away on a trip outside Tokyo.
