Quiet ,excellent service, beautiful location and views overTokyo

The best hotel I've ever been. All the staff was absolutely perfect, helpful and nice. The room booked was on the 22nd floor on a corner with fantastic views. The bathroom had a huge window to contemplate the city while taking a bath. The beds were very confortable. The hotel itself has an own metro exit. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern wonderful design, spacious rooms, very comfortable.Location is perfect - 4 (!!!!) metro stations with access from the hotel Very polite and helpful personnel. We forgot some documents in the luggage which we left in the cloak room and the staff sent us the suit case to Kyoto. Thanks!

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tokyo again.

Excellent hotel. The location was superb it even had a Metro station in the hotel. The hotel is impeccable, the rooms are big, perfectly clean. Friendly staff. They were on top of everything. I got sick and they helped my hb get the right medicines, and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, is by far one of the most exquisite hotel i have ever been to.

Location, was next to the PM's house, area excellent, access excellent, in the middle of downtown tokyo and the naughty areas. No complains at all, we felt it was value for money as well. Direct access to metro from the basement, excellent staff, even gave us a blackberry Charger :)

Good location - literally on top of four metro lines. Easy to access any part of the city. Nice staff. Have an airport shuttle. Spacious rooms with a nice view.

everything staff cannot be better

Brilliant value for money. The hotel is in central tokyo and offers quality rooms with an amazing view of the city. The club package offers champagne, tea and cocktails when you want. Japanese Breakfast really good. Great service from the club concierge.

I've been in other hotels with the club option and in this case the food buffet was disappointing. Little choice for breakfast and the aperitif.

Brilliant hotel in a great location. Train station below the hotel so convenient. It's comfortable, luxurious and has everything you need. Staff could not have been more accommodating.

Everything worked like a charm. The quality of everything was first class.

Small quibble - the Japanese practise of setting a rather late check-in of 3pm. At least check-out was midday.

Ultimate luxury hotel! Staff is amazing, rooms are big and comfortable. We had the Club Deluxe King Room and we didn't know the breakfast + pool/spa + cocktail/food were free so that was a pleasant surprise! Wifi is super fast!

I had asked for the Wall Street newspaper every morning but sometimes I received some other paper. That's the only negative thing I have to say! It really is the perfect hotel.

Being able to reach the subway via a lift directly from the lobby is a mayor benefit.

We had breakfast (which was not included in the room rate) a couple of days. It is overpriced (around £25 per person) and the variety is quite limited. Anyway the service and quality was good.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious experience at a reasonable price.

I didnt like the iron but hardly anything to complain about.

Amazing hotel with magnificient view on Tokyo

Perfect location, very conveniently above the principal lines to travel around the city without changing. Several streets of all kinds of restaurants and bars within 5 mins by foot. Excellent facilities, very very spacious room and not only by Japanese standard. Gorgeous swimming pool and gym. Everything is just perfect. Will definitely stay there again. Won't even check elsewhere. Visited park Hyatt, very old and disappointing although more expensive than Capitol.
