We have sent our requests regardin the sites we wished to see in Tokyu for the first 2 days and asked to have the printouts of the same to wait our arrival at the Reception.Nobody knew anything about it .We lucked out finding another consierge, Michael who saved us from waisting our time and getting lost in the city . He did all our itineraries from then on. Very, very poor English , very difficult to communiicate with staff. Most ordinary breacfast horribly expensive, coffee at Origami lounge/coffee shop is $13!!!
We liked pretty much the whole experience in tokyu as well as the location politeness thr Japanese way, they spoiled us.we plan to visit Tokyu again soon and stay at the same hotel.Cherry on the cake is the cosierge named Michael, excellent English, helpful knowledgeable about everything a visitor needs and more.
I liked everything.
cleaning at 4pm is too late
concierge services for restaurant bookings very close to 7-11, starbucks & tube lovely corner room view bathroom is well equipped
- Central location with fantastic views over parliament & city - Huge room - Excellent power shower - Friendliest hotel staff I have ever come across - Beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi
Personally, I did not acclimate the smell of the air freshener.
I was impressed by the high calibre and outstanding service and polite behavior of employees.
Room service food no good..tempura was soggy. I informed the hotel, and instead of refund we received a bowl of fruit.
Room was wonderful and clean. Super quiet. The executive lounge is definitely worth the money.
Had to pay for daughter who shared bed with us. In most hotels, as long as there is no extra bed, child is free.
Hotel is very new and clean. Great location. Subway and convenience stores are just in the basement. Staff are nice, helpful and speak English. Super love the shower. Water pressure is so strong that it felt like a water massage everytime I took a bath. Didn't want to leave the shower.
view good staff nice location well
The room (a double deluxe) was a real pleasure to come back to after a day's sightseeing. It has a wonderful view (which you can enjoy from the wonderfully spacious shower!), a distinct Japanese touch and a very comfortable bed. The hotel has good restaurants, excellent sport facilities and is located strategically. We could go to different location without changing subway line. Access to the subway is also great - directly from the basement of the hotel!
Slightly too formal (but it is in the government district). The rules and regulations around use of the pool seemed bizarre to me (no tattoos allowed, certain types of bikini banned).
Fantastic room with enough Japanese styling to make it characterful - and stunning views over Tokyo. Loved the sense of tranquility– not to mention three cocktails in the Library every evening (executive suite only).
Away from tourist spots.
Front desk staff are attentive and converse well in English.
The only thing I was upset about was that I had to leave to a different hotel after 3 nights because the hotel was full for the rest of my 5 day stay. I would have loved to stay with them the whole time.
I loved everything about this hotel. The staff, the style, the room, the service, the attention to detail in every single part of the stay here.
It's chargable If you change your cloth in swimming pool.
Room, hotel, location, staff are excellent.
The hotel is located in the center of Tokyo on top of a subway station that makes it most convenient. The room and bathroom are very spacious, and equipped with cutting edge facility. We had a free updeage at check in. The staff were exremely helpful, which should be observable in all Japan.
The pool was lovely, the spa was out of this world
Hotel is modern & fashion. Very comfort stay. Room is very big ,especially for a hotel in Tokyo. Will definitely choose it for my next Tokyo trip.
Gym closes at 10 PM.
Everything. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is great (we tried different Arasaka restaurants every night). View of Imperial Palace gardens. Subway station at hotel's basement. A real 5-star.
I've checked out for over one week now. They still haven't cancel my pre-authorization.
This hotel is so quiet that you even forget you are stay at the downtown of Tokyo.
Nothing all good!
Polite clean very convenient for subway
The room was beautifully designed, well laid out and very comfortable. A beautiful hotel.
