Polite clean very convenient for subway
Nothing all good!
The room was beautifully designed, well laid out and very comfortable. A beautiful hotel.
Good location, nice view and Japanese cleanliness and tidiness in the premises.
the hotel is ranked 5 stars but centers its staff and services on the hotel itself and not the customer. very bad anticipation and no special request are not values of a 5 star hotel.
We upgraded to the club level room and this was a excellent idea. a) The slightly larger room was perfect. b) The two free breakfast coupons were great; the food was superb. c) The use of the lounge/bar was a very classy & nice to have, prior to going out each night.
I guess this is considered the financial district, so not a ton of the local sites close by. But the subway is located on site and is very, very easy to use. We had zero issues with the location, as the great facilities more than made everything worthwhile.
Direct access to metro station. There is a Cafe right next to the exit, which is a great alternative for breakfast. The room is very confortable and the view is amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful.
You cannot use the pool or gym if you have tattoos (this is a cultural thing in Japan).
large room compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Remember to choose the corner room with two big windows showing the city view. There is one subway entrance in the B2 of the building, very convenient. Very quiet area.
There is not much restaurants or bars closeby. Need to walk 10 mins to Akasaka Station area.
the japanese style/ not like always common international style
not easy to say
The bed , the view , the service r all v good
Buffet breakfast not many choices n no Japanese kind of food I prefer buffet than a la carte Chiyoda is not a convenient area without supermarket or big department store
1) friendly staff 2) spacious room and comfortable beds 3) station and 7/11 right below the hotel
As a first time comer to Tokyo I didn't know where to stay, there's nothing really around it, it's where the parliament is and ministries so wasn't really where we wanted to be
Respect Japanese people
No sports channel in the hotel
Loved the edginess of the hotel. Good position to all of Tokyo.
Spacious. Clean. Sensitive design. A calming environment. Great Pool.
The hotel staff, bedrooms, and location are really good. View from our room was amazing!
Staff did not speak english very well except for few.
Tokyo Metro Ginza line only 3mins walk from hotel basement); service very good ; housekeeping lady very nice
Nothing much to be honest, may be the price a bit high? But ya.... I still think it's all good
Great location. Beautiful minimalist interiors. Comfortable bed. Metro station access at basement of hotel. Friendly staff.
Very little to complain about.
Great Location Spacious Room and amazing view
Not child friendly (no access for children to pool at all, nor to the lounge after 5 pm)
Spacious rooms, amazing views, wonderful facilities, great location
Staff didn't speak sufficient English, was difficult to get information particularly on airport transfers
Big room big bathroom Good location
small tv in a big room，so difficult to watch tv with a long distance from bed to tv
We stay here every time when we visit Tokyo.
Great location, Excellent service, Sophisticated, stylish ambience, Spacious rooms, Supremely comfy beds, Beautiful bathrooms.
Stodgy wifi - need to re log in every time your device wakes up from sleep mode.
-Waking up to view of National Diet Building, Imperial Palace and Prime Minister Office was wonderful - Big room, big bathroom (very nice rain shower) - Subway stations and 7-11 on the basement level - Would stay here again in the next visit
- We approached two certain members of the reception staff and did not get good responses. One gave us wrong restaurant opening time (he did double-checked and still got it wrong). Another one was not very helpful and told us that concierge would come to work at 10 AM (it was 9 AM when we approached her). Aside from these two members of staff, the rest of our stay was flawless :)
Great location and great hotel.
Views Club deluxe room swimming pool Spa Design restaurant & lobby Lounge on lv 27 Attention to detail
Access to metro (long walk) Lack western food options
The location is close to a lot to major train lines. Clean and efficient hotel with all the amenities a traveller needs.
The staff are not as attentive as they used to be and the room was not as clean as it used to be.
service is outstanding
