room is too small
location design and style of furnitures elevator's cap
i couldnt open the window slippers are very.. hmm gay :)
very close to Tokyo Tower and fairly central in Tokyo, walking distance to the Imperial Palace, and the Museum of Modern Art Tokyo
Not the cleanest space, the neighborhood is extremely quiet which can be good or bad depending on your desire, and the closest train lines leave you having to make a couple connections to get where you need to go
The twin rooms are fairly big for a Tokyo hotel, bigger than a previous 4 star hotel we went to. The hotel is well situated and the whole city easily accessible from it. Free bottles of water next to the lift very handy. Very satisfied.
comfy "sofa bed"
not as "city center" as I thought
The room was prefect size (twin room with 2 double beds). The beds were not single beds and this was REALLY comfortable ! Clean and great view on the rising sun. Super close to Kojimachi and 5 min walk to Hanzomon station. Wifi impeccable WILL COME BACK !
A paper fell behind the desk and it was almost impossible to get it as the desk is not movable.. but that is not a big issue.
It was very Western and designed for businessmen, clearly.
It was overpriced by far. Plenty of better places for less than half of this.
The service is good the food was traditional and they also had English breakfast.
No have a microwave
-No internet -Smoking room smelled terribly awful
Quiet yet close to subway. Reasonable price
I liked the bed. Even it was a single room, the bed was big enough like a sofa-bed and comfortable.
It was a bit far from the station. But you can use several lines and stations to different directions.
near train station
room and bathroom is too small
Staff speak little english.
Tine rooms, single room same as double room
Cleanliness of the room
Location is only connected closely to Tokyo Metro Station.
Room size very small (if you want to fit your suitcases, you will need to pay more than 120 euros/ per night)
I love it that the staff at the front desk always welcome us since the way to elevator is right in front of the reception desk. We always feel comfortable. The metro station is so close and the JR station is 10 minutes walk. The 7-eleven right next to the metro station really is a plus. I am sure to stay again the next time I visit Tokyo.
I booked the small double room and the size is ridiculously small..I was a bit disappointed to see how small the room is not to mention the bed. There was no english channel and no music channel..
location restaurant was nice and helpful
room size staff was rude and unhelpful
The staff were very hepful in helping us with our itinerary (advice on train routes, things to do, where to eat, etc.) Location is quite accessible if you'd like to go to tourist spots (Skytree, Ueno Park, Shibuya, etc) via Kojimachi Station and Hanzomon Station. There's also a nice Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel and I liked their okonomiyaki. There are also nearby 7-11 and Lawson stores should you need basic necessities. Also, there's a supermarket nearby and a bakery too. What I loved about the hotel is that the area it is situated in is quiet and homey, just the right atmosphere after a long day of walking.
Not all of the staff can speak English well but they did try their best in explaining though. Rooms are small but you'll get used to them and are quite reasonable for the price range (considering we're in Tokyo, that is).
Location. Easy to reach from public transport.
We didn't heed the other reviews about the rooms having a smell of smoke. That was a mistake. They STINK of smoke even though we booked a "non-smoking" room and I even wrote it in the special request. This is totally disgraceful and they should be officially reported. WARNING: ALL ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL ARE SMOKING. They simply label them on booking.com (or elsewhere) as non-smoking and then try and attempt to dampen the stink of smoke before you arrive by spraying some air freshener. The rooms, aside from stinking of smoke, are also TINY. Even small for Japanese standards. Overall, a very poor place. We won't be back.
Everything was perfect! Thanks to the people who work there!!!!
Good location, quiet at night so you can take a good rest, clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staffs.
The room we stayed in was a typical small Japanese room. It was quite comfortable, as the room was very ergonomically designed. Great price for value, and conveniently located steps away from a Tokyo Metro line.
Since the room size was small it was difficult to move large luggage around.
