The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Also everyone at the front desk spoke English, which for us was a great bonus. We had a room with breakfast included, which was a delicious & varied buffet of Western & Japanese choices. This made for great value for us. There is a washing machine / dryer in the room! To me this was a deal-maker when we were choosing a hotel for the middle of our trip, and it definitely proved to be a great time saver not to have to go looking for a laundromat. There is also a small kitchenette in the room! We didn't use it except to make cups of tea; but in a longer stay we might have done so. The room is fair sized by tokyo standards (and the use of space is exceptional). We had a lovely view towards the baseball stadium. The bed was comfortable but not large. We arrived earlier than the check in time, and (like most hotels in Japan in our experience) couldn't check in until the official time, but the hotel were great to keep our luggage in their luggage room until then. Not only that, but they were able to store one of our cases in the luggage room until we returned on the following weekend. Loved the view from the room & from the lobby (on the 13th floor). Plus we glimpsed Mt Fuji from the elevator hall! Also there is free wifi throughout the lobby & guest rooms (something of a rarity in hotels we researched.) The hotel is very close to the Gaienmae station on the Ginza subway line; and easy walking distance to interesting parts of Omotsando (and Harajuku or Meiji Jingu or Shibuya, if you are up for a longer walk!). Wee would definitely recommend it for tokyo visitors; particularly those who would like a base for a stay which is longer than a few days.

We were very happy with the proximity to Gaienmae station and found it easy to use the Ginza line to get where we wanted to go; although maybe some tourists might prefer to be close to a station which has more lines or destinations attached to it.

Location and standard of the hotel. We had breakfast incl. which was nice with a large selection.

Room was small and lacking closet space. We stayed for 5 nights and there was only three hangers in the room. Staff supplied more on request.

we liked the location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Having the cafe/restaurant downstairs was very good The rooms were nicely appointed and always beautifully serviced...but..(see below)

We would have liked some way of conveying that it wasn't necessary to have our sheets changed each day. The only reference we saw with regard to environmental issues was the suggestion to use the toilet paper thoughtfully. Some provision to show we didn't wish our bed linen and towels changed everyday would have been very good. Thank you

Iiked the location, and the proximity go the metro. Price was high but better than other choices.

Hard to get to and from airport. Need to take taxi from other hotels. No wifi in room.

Hotel correcto y moderno. Vistas muy buenas sobre la ciudad. El personal, muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que haga falta.

Las habitaciones, como en todo Japón, no son muy grandes, pero esto es algo común en todo el país. No es criticable.

機能的によくまとまっており清潔。 新聞もサービス、朝食も充実。 ロケーションも最高。 アメニティーにも気遣いが感じられる。

簡易キッチン、洗濯機まで揃っているのに連泊の割引がない。朝食なくてもいいので連泊の場合もう少し安くな- らないか。

- Near Shibuya and Omote Sando at walking distance - Supermarket (Daimaru Peacock) on the other side of the road at 1 mn walking distance with great variety of healthy take away dishes - Mini Kitchen and great washing machine (dryer) - Enjoyable breakfast buffet is in a modern style cafe - Few nice restaurant downstairs

- Not the most convenient access to metro with a stroller - The staff didn't automatically leave more towels though we had a baby

Top location (very near to the subway), comfortable rooms, good breakfast, almost "design / boutique" with good prices. Would certainly stay there again. Pick the bigger room.

Carpet on the floors, terrible for allergies. If you're tall, you'll find the bathroom's ceiling too close to your head, but that's Tokyo.

駅から数分、歩いて表参道まで出られる便利な立地。窓から神宮球場が見られた。設備も整っている。
