Score from 1504 reviews Very good
Very convenient location. Nice quiet room. Spacious enough for two people (by Japanese hotel standards)
No wifi in the room; wifi in lobby not great.
Everything. Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast is the best I've ever had with all those japanese tasty things. Location is perfect. There is a small shop right in front. Skyscrapers out of the window are amazing. Variety of bath cosmetics.
No wi-fi in the room
-it's not far away from shibuya station, -subway station is not far always take EXIT 4-5 for the hotel, -clean, -facilities are great u got everything, -infront of the hotel is a 24h Familymart/GREAT!
-for that price of money, there should really be FREE WIFI in every floor, only with cable for the laptop it's free, so the people are sitting downstairs at the lobby, - no FREE Mineral water in the room
The staff is so kind and polite. They helped us make a reservation at a famous restaurant in Tokyo. The locatation of the hotel is quite close to the train exit with family mart on the opposite side. The room is big enough to stay comfortably in 2 persons.
The hotel is near the exit of Natagacho st if you use the metro Nambuku line. However, if you use another metro line the walking distance to the exit is so farrrrrr esp with luggages....
No internet un the hôtel!
Clean...But not that much facilities( not even a good lobby)...5 min to metro station (though, long way from station entrance to reach the platforms!).. Maybe is good for solo traveler and for business.. A small supermarket in front of hotel
No WiFi in the room..
Amazing view of Tokyo, you can see the Tokyo tower from the window.
I wish there was a large bath (浴場）in the hotel. The double bed was rather small for two. I wish it were closer to the JR Line, only the subway was easily accessible.
Really like the hotel. It's really near the metro station. I've written beforehand and asked for the highest possible floor. I was on the 21st floor with a view on Tokyo Tower. Staff was really friendly.
I've stayed for one night. Didn't have any cons.
Nice hotel, had good facilities including free parking.
Rooms were a little on the small side
close to Nagatacho subway station. Friendly, english-speaking staff.
Great view of the city. Room fully equipped. High standard, good value.
Just a little bit far from JR station.
Location of the hotel is fantastic! Within walking distance to the imperial palace and several metro stations.
Room is a bit small. Comfortable enough though.
Staff as usual in Japan, exceptional. 2 metro stations within 2 minutes Immaculately clean
No wifi in room.
Far from station, far from city, far from shopping center, nothing around the hotel! And it's really not comfortable can't use wifi in the room! Wifi just can use in Robby that's too ....
Location was convenient for me. I love Aux Bacchanaules bistro, steak frites for less than $20! Nearby garden - best is the garden at the New Otani - you just make your way to the 'Banquet level' and walk right in to an awesome garden. Nagatacho and Akasaka Mitsuke are close (but that's a loooong, complex station). So is Kojimachi. Yotsuya is a reasonable walk.
Great view, good location
No wifi!! Staff unhelpful and poor English
Good price Good ratio price/quality
Strong tobacco smell at the 16th floor.
It would be nicer if the room is a little bigger.
Very clean, good location, even provided a machine to press pants and a bottle of fabric freshener in the room.
I was on a non-smooking floor but the air still seemed a bit stuffy. Wi-fi was provided in the lobby but not the individual rooms.
Location, view from window (on top floors)
Slow internet (no wi-fi)
The hotel is in the center of Tokyo. It is clean and staff were friendly. Price was good. Probably good if you were doing business there.
If you are looking for lively Tokyo restaurants and nightlife this hotel is not in close walking distance to anything. When I checked in it was PACKED with business types and when I went out for dinner not two hours later the lobby and streets were all empty. NOT a good location for leisure! I recommend Shinjuku area.
Staff were very friendly and had excellent English skills. Its opposite a Family-Mart :)
While its not that far from the Nagatacho exits .. those exits are a long way from the station itself. Its a bit of a maze to get to and from. There wasn't much of a view.
Location Practical room Clean and comfortable
No lobby lounge No wifi in rooms No swimming pool / leisure facilities
Far away from everything like shops bars ...but its ok because its calm
