Close to the airport terminal where we were staying overnight to make a flight connection.

You can not get a room key till 16.00hrs and they won't make exceptions! We checked in at 15.20 and had to wait till 16.00 to pick up the key, together with hundreds of other people. It was total chaos and a reason for me not to use that hotel again.

The Toyoko Inn is a relatively inexpensive hotel in the immediate vicinity of Nagoya International Airport and is thus extremely convenient for travellers with an early flight. Beyond the rooms and breakfast area, there are no facilities to speak of. But the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is clearly there to cater to short-term, in-transit guests, which it does so nicely.

The hotel is very cheep built. It seemed many guests were from asian countries and they don't understand even English, that's why they are very bad-mannered. I should use this hotel if you had no choice. Basically I don't recommend this hotel.

It was in walking distance of the Centrair Airport. Very clean hotel. Nice staff.

Room temperature is kept too cold in Winter months. Free breakfast is good, however it needs some Western choices for visitors,

It had all the amenities necessary and was super convenient in terms of location. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the room was a little small but you get what you pay for.

Good location. Small but clean and comfortable rooms.

Easy to find, it is a 5minute walk away from the Chubu Centrair Arrivals lounge. Very helpful staff, clean hotel, very tasty Japanese style breakfast. There is a small store right next to the hotel for last minute grocery shopping, as well as a restaurant right across the entrance. Finally there is a shuttle bus connecting the hotel with the airport and vice versa, departing every 15minutes on average. All in all a very nice and affordable place to stay.

There isn't anything I did not like from the hotel. But please note that since the hotel is situated on the artificial island hosting the airport, the cheapest way to go to the city centre is via train. Single trip costs 850yen (myu Sky limited Express -Platform 3- no seat reservation), with return 1700yen. Therefore make sure to add at least 1700yen per day to the hotel's price, as this is the fare for travelling to Meitetsu Nagoya (Central station).

I do not know the reason but my visa card are always refused by the terminal in this hotel. It is valid in other place in Japan.

Toyoko Inn Chubu provided good value. It is located within walking distance of the Nagoya terminal and offers a good breakfast, at a reasonable price.

The complimentary shuttle to airport was especially important to me. First it was my first time to Japan with very little mastery of the language so having the free shuttle to and from the airport relieved me from the taunting task of having to purchase a ticket from the station. Also consequentially, my airline lost my luggage, so I didn't have necessities like my PJs, toiletries. Thankfully, the hotel provided sterilized PJs and soaps, shampoos etc. I also liked how the staff at the front counter knew some English so it was easy to check in and out. Also the free WIFI was nice and easy to connect to. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was nice start to my early check out.

I wish there was room service. I don't think they even had a kitchen in the hotel that provided later meals.

Very convenient. Only a few minutes from the hotel and shuttle bus is provided. The room was small but very well equipped and was very clean. An extremely satisfying breakfast was also provided, which was a special treat for us.

The hotel room was quite small. But I don't.

It was close to the airport and train station. We stayed only one night between our flight arrival and leaving on a train. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

普通は1人の宿泊料なのに、1部屋いくらだったので、かなりお得。その上、駐車料金を払わなくても良かった- 。

部屋でもWifiが使えるとは知らなかった。知ってたら、使っていた。
