This time I traveled with my mother, my aunt and my boyfriend. It's still excellent just like last time we visited 2 years ago, except that one of a night shift staff (a prettier one) was not very patient with my bf broken Japanese. (the whole group can speak fluent English but not the staff, so we decided to communicate in Japanese) At the beginning, we reserved 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double, coz my bf lives in a small town nearby, he didn't need a room. But since our flight was delayed, he couldn't catch the last train. So we asked the receptionist if we could upgrade the single room into double, if it is available though, of course, we were ready to pay an additional cost.I dislike the way she expressed her furious impression on her face while explaining that she could't do it. we have to pay extra cost for another room. My boyfriend tried to explained with his broken jp that we are going to pay extra cost since we know that 2 types of rooms are exactly the same, only different amount of pillows and amenities. but she refused and insisted we book another room. In the end we understood that it's about booking system. And it is fine if she explains it without that expression. She looked very upset as if it's our fault not being able to speak jp. I found the other lady with short hair a not nicer than her. I met her twice for both of my trip she is as kind. helpful and flexible as the first time.
Good location. The bus stop is at the front, you can catch a loop bus to go to most every attraction. Most of staffs are nice and helpful. breakfast is decent enough for us.
