The breakfast is simple but substantial .

The wifi connection is weak and bad, can't access to websites and certain mails

The hotel is very near to the subway exit 8 but the fleet of stairs at this exit can really make carrying heavy luggage a chore. Location is really convenient to get to other attractions.

The counter staff are friendly but not really able to communicate with us well in English. The breakfast area has not enough seats for guests, usually waiting is needed.

It's was right infront of subway exit n price reasonable with breakfast provided.

It's was poor wifi in the room, we staying in 6 floor and wifi is not working.

Friendly staff, perfectly located beside a metro station which took you to all the Osaka interests within 10 minutes! Room was clean and well equiped. Free breakfast is included in the already affordable price.

Room is quite small, but this is the Japanese standard.

Great location just outside subway exit. 15min walk to Osaka Castle. It's near enough to city area.

Far from station, about 1.5km which made it quite hard to walk everyday to go to different interesting points of the city. long walks. The staff was wasn't quite friendly and not so helpful.

The exit of the subway station that access to the hotel does not has escalator / elevator, therefore got to climb 3 sections of staircase with carrying luggage, very challenging for ladies .

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Some of them did not speak english but someone always did. The Japanese style breakfast was always delicious with changing sides. You may not know what you are eating but it all tastes good. The rooms were clean and tidy. It is just 15 minutes by foot to the osaka castel and directly over a subway station.

It did not really bother me but you have to accept that the hotel is located at a busy crossroads. The tv was just Japanese with the exception of one channel that was biligual english.

The breakfast wasn't as good as Toyoko Inn Asakusabashi, Tokyo.

Perfect location for reasonable price: just cross the street and you'll get to the subway (1 minute walk)! Tennojo station is very close by subway, so I was very pleased. The room was perfectly clean, not small, it had everything I needed in it. I felt very comfortable staying here. The staff was wery friendly and answered all of my questions. I also liked the free breakfast, 'though I had to get up early to be in time for it. Wi-fi signal was good enough for browsing the Internet. This was my first time in Osaka and I'm glad that I chose this hotel! I'd definately use it again.

Great instructions given on how to get to the hotel. Only hotel out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo that provides breakfast ( although simple, it was very adequate and a real appreciative gesture for days we wanted to stay in).

The 1st room we stayed in was great with wifi facility. However, when we checked in again 3 days later, both rooms have no wifi facility. Instead of offering us free wired Internet as alternative, we were asked to rent or used the wifi facility at the common breakfast room! We hope we wont encounter such problem again during our 3rd time stay there in a few days time.

I told them I might be late for the check in time,I hope they will keep this room for me for the whole night,so I do not need to be in a hurry.but they say I should call them after 11:55pm.where can I get a phone when I get to Japan at the first time,no phone card,no coin,I can not understand this,because anyway they will charge me 100%。my flight landed in Japan at10:30pm,if it was12:00pm,what can I do,how to call them?

The room was small, as expected, but very clean. The hotel is very close to the metro station. There is a quite nice free japanese breakfast available.

Perfect stay, room clean and with every facility needed. The main point of this hotel is its location, just next to a subway station, and near Osaka castle (5 minutes by walk).

Clean, comfortable, both wired and wireless internet. Everything you expect from toyoko-inn. The location is literally 5 steps outside the Number 8 exit at the station. Just go out, turn left and look up! In terms of hotel location within the city, its alright. It's on a major subway line so that helps, but there is nothing but plenty of food choices nearby.

They charge for extra amenities, such as an extra towel, but they do provide the basic ones expected in Japan (razor, toothbrush, etc.)

Die Lage war ideal: Praktisch direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine U-Bahn-Station und die Osaka-Burg ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Unter dem Bett im Zimmer war genug Platz, um Koffer zu verstauen, das Personal war freundlich und im Badezimmer gab es sogar eine Wäscheleine über der Badewanne. Die im 2. Stockwerk bereit gestellten Münz-Waschmaschinen waren einfach zu bedienen und gleich darüber gab es auch Wäschetrockner. Der Frühstücksraum war zwar etwas knapp bemessen, wir haben aber jedes Mal einen Platz gefunden und uns über das kostenlose Frühstück gefreut.

Molt bé. El millor que hem estat a Japó qualitat-preu. A prop del castell d'Osaka. Metro a la porta. Classic business hotel japonès pero ben cuidat, modern i més espaiós que d'altres

L'esmorzar una mica dificil per l'espai vs. gent.

地理位置很好，两条地铁汇集处，去哪里都很方便，出地铁出口就可以看到酒店。步行10分钟左右就可以到达大- 阪城。

Molto comodo per visitare la città, a un minuto dall'uscita della stazione metro (la linea metro è ben collegata con la stazione centrale e il centro, solo tre stazioni di distanza. Uscite all'uscita 8). Pulitissimo, come tutti gli alberghi in Giappone. Internet gratiuto all'ingresso con due computer disponibili.

I piumini sui letti erano sintetici e senza copripiumino.

主要是因为便宜及地点在京都站附近，才订的这家酒店。对于公共卫浴及房间狭小等都还不太介意，但对于无私密- 性这点几乎不能忍受，房间里经常会听到隔壁房间的说话声，自己几乎不敢说话，因为很小的声音隔壁也是会听到- 的。周围小巷不错，很京都的感觉。

地理不案内だったが、地下鉄出口の真ん前のロケーションは良い。 シングルだが、広さもまあまあ。 料金を考えれば「お得」感あり。

設備全てチェックしたわけではないが、１階ロビーは狭かったと思うし、室内に寝間着がなかった。
