Toyoko Inn Shin-Yokohama Ekimae Shinkan  

Situated only a short walk to the JR Shin-Yokohama Station. Good value, clean and comfortable small room.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down - Onigiri (rice balls) pasta salad, miso soup, breadrolls, meatballs and broadbean, corn or tomato soup from a machine. Some grilled fish, natto and steamed rice would have been a welcome addition. Did some washing at the hotel laundry - tried to dry the clothes after washing in their clothes dryer - spent 300 YEN and 1 1/2 hours of drying time in the dryer but clothes still wet - had to hang up the clothes in the room to dry overnight

Excellent location, very near to Shin Yokohama Station. This station links you to Tokio within 15 minutes by bullet train. Rooms very clean. Professional staff. Wi-fi connection on the rooms and common areas. Laundry with fair prices.

Rooms and bathroom quite small, but no big issue. They are always very clean. Check in at 16:00!!! Too late. Also, if you ask to clean up your room on that day, you can only get in there after 16:00 H. Breakfast: Need to add some occidental meal, like bread, hum and cheese. Confirmation Process for the reservation very difficult. They asked pre- reservation trough credit card and they failed 4 times. I really took the chance to lose my reservation due to this. But problem solved 1 week before my check in.

The bed was comfortable.

The A/C did not create warm air in the room. i was feeling cold while sleeping.

Booking.com website said free parking (reservation required) however actually cost is 1000Yen. Hotel honoured the free parking in this case. Be aware you have to phone them to reserve parking.

Location is near shin-yokohama station, good place to stay to catch shinkansen train. Room is clean. Laundry coin machine.

Room is small (typical Japanese hotel room) and not sound-proof (you could hear other people talking, walking or even having shower). Cant Check-in before 4 pm.

１０階の部屋だからさぞかし、新横浜の夜景が綺麗に見えると思って、部屋に入ったら夜景どころかお隣に事務- 所の仕事をしているのが見えて感じが悪かった。

日産スタジアムでのイベントのため利用しました。 近くで便利でした。 部屋も思ったよりベットが広くって快適でした。 コンビニも近くにあるし駅からも分かりやすかったです。

エレベーターの隣の部屋だったからなのか 色々な音が聞こえるのが少し気になりました・・・ イベントのためなのかチェックインで長蛇の列になってしまい ホテルの外まで並んで順番を待っていたので もうちょっと時間がかからないようにして欲しかったです。

客室が値段に比べて広かったのがとてもうれしいです。 ロビーも広く、駅もすぐ近くなので移動が楽。

チェックインの時間が１６時なのでもう少し早いと嬉しいです。

地点超好，在新干线上就能看到东横INN，大部分东横INN都在车站的附近，只要你能订到。 出行很方便，我们8点左右到，还乘车到樱木町看了下夜景，超方便。

Location, which is not far from railway station, cleanliness of the room, and simple and fast Japanese breakfast is included.

The smoke from other rooms comes in through the air vents which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

près de la gare de shin yokohama beaucoup de restos/magasins/services près de l'hôtel lit très confortable, ça fait du bien après avoir passé deux semaines dans des hôtels avec futons!

Great value hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. Couple of cheep restaurants with excellent food nearby.

Front entrance looks like restaurant entrance was confusing.

仕方なく喫煙の部屋へ泊まる事にしました。部屋へ入った瞬間からたばこの匂いがきつかったです。いくら喫煙- の部屋だとしても、私達みたいな人もいると思います！ そう言うところも、清潔・快適さになると思います！

O Hotel fica bem localizado, próximo a estação e muitas lojas e conveniências. Os quartos são pequenos, porém ótimos e limpos. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. Recomendo!
