This is a truly excellently located hotel, close to transport and amenities. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the coin-operated laundry, and wi-fi. Room was very comfortable. There is nowhere to sit/lounge at the hotel during the day. Rooms are cleaned over a period of several hours which means limited access to your room then, but there is really nowhere else to go. This is a problem in poor weather. Also a basic map in English would have been very helpful.

Value for money . Very close to JR Ashikaga station. We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Nikko. It is little far from sightseeing places in Nikko.

Excellent proximity to the station and easily found. The room is a tight fit -- however, very helpfully, there is a note on the beds that luggage can be stored under the beds. There is otherwise no room for suitcases. This aside, it is good value for money.
