The staff was not friendly at all, especially the night parking attendant. He refused to let me park even though I had parked in the facility twice during the day. The day parking attendant was very friendly and nice, but the night parking attendant made me wish I had stayed at the hotel across the street. When I addressed this with the hotel lobby associate, she was not helpful at all. Will never stay at this hotel again. It is not friendly to foreigns at all. The rooms were descent but my view was of the building next door. Like right next door that I could reach out and touch it.

スタッフの明るさ、手際の良さ、とても快適でした。 ロビーでの朝食が、空席がないため取れなかった（新館） →食事を完了しても座席を専有している人達が多かった。 →結果的には本館に移動して朝食をいただきました。
