Staff are very accommodating & helpful. Reservations team especially Reiko who handled our booking was very efficient & provided us with great customer sevice. We had an amazing stay, very close to Universal Studios, convenient & accessible to the train station. Overall, I would rate the hotel 10/10.

The room size was great, seperate toilet and bath/shower was terrific, views were great, conveniently located to train and Universal Studios, comfortable beds,it was one of our best hotel stays in Japan

Nothing!

Great location especially there is a shopping mall just beside the train station. We stayed 6 nights in Osaka but we spent most of the time outside of Osaka and we do not find it inconvenient to travel back to this hotel. We paid 48,000 yen for 6 nights which was incredibly value for money. Size of the room was spacious and was really clean. Would be back here the next time I'm back at Osaka.

The pillow was not really comfortable.

Love the location - easy access to USJ & Kaiyukan Aquarium. Near JR line so it's not a problem to travel to the city. Room is comfy and most importantly, there's free wifi in the room. I will stay there again when I'm back in Osaka.

Check in time is at 1500hrs. It's kind of late for certain flights that landed early. If hotel provide service such as airport transfer, will be lovely.

The spacious room can fit the whole family. The ease of puchasing Universal Studio Japan park tickets. The short walking distance to the park and to the train station. The area is full of entertainment and food is easy.

There is no facilities to print documents such as boarding passes.

Excellent staff and great location for universal studio and also city day trips with train station very close walking distance.

Would have been nice if the hotel had a pool. I did not rate the food on offer in the area and universal to be very good. Very american theme park overpriced junk foods. Better to eat in the city.

The bathroom is big. Ask for extra luggage racks, the staffs did not understand the word but sent someone up to understand the situation and answer the request.

The location. If you are not staying there for the Universal Studios, it takes a while to get into town.

This hotel is right next to Universal studios. You can watch the parade and the BackDrop from your room! It is also right next to the train station allowing easy and quick trips in to the city, and next to the ferry for a trip over to the Amazing Aquarium. We didn't eat at the restaurant as there are so many restaurant at Universal City, 3 minutes away. The cafe downstairs though was good for a coffee and cake, or hotdog for the kids. Fantastic location.

They had an English tv channel ... they only have one movie. It is quite a good one but really?? Only one movie on constant replay? It is fun watching Japanese tv for a bit but sometimes it is nice to chill out to a movie after a long day of Universal fun.

We loved the central location of hotel, very spacious layout of room for a family of 4 including 2 young children, modern facilities, contemporary design and dining out options a short 2min walk away at USJ complex.

Nothing-it was all good and comes highly recommended by us to all travellers.

Everything! It is very very near to the train station. The bathroom was awesome! The view of the rooms were very nice too! Super super value for money 3 star price for a 4 star hotel, I only paid 9000 yen for my room.

Location is very convenient and close to the universal studio also the station. We found lots of restaurants at the universal walk which only 5 mins walking distance from hotel. The room was a good size and nice views to the port.
