It's a really nice experience staying here. 一次很棒的住宿體驗。。。房間很舒適乾淨。。。
I liked the bed and cleanliness of the room, great location for Universal studios, the station is closer to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and great Wifi in the room.
the staff does not speak english at all, sometimes i felt sometimes frustrated. I think TV channel should be in English as well. I think the hotel is very far from the city so if you think to go somewhere is sometimes annoying changing lines and stations for any purpose or visiting towns as Kyoto and Nagoya or getting around. The restaurants at the hotel are very expensive.
Our room was big or maybe because they have upgraded our room. It is very high tech, very clean, very comfy. Overlooking the USJ with, warm enough on a December in Osaka. My kid loved it very much. Buffet is great too at a cheaper rate. Highly recommended! Thank you :)
The only thing we didnt like is that they have no English channel on tv :)
Environment... Good for family...
Spacious for Japan. Right next to Universal Studio.
We like the wifi available in the room and is within walking distance to USJ;)
Me and my friends was so much happy to staying your hotel.walking distance to USJ and the restaurant.nice view and nice location.we will back again!soon
close proximity to Universal Stodio and train station as well as the Port (to acquarium) . Can purchase ticket to Universal and acquarium and the ferry.
Should have more travelling material to other parts of Osaka. Should have direction at train station to the hotel for first time visitor.
Great location for Harry potter world/hard rock Cafe.i had greats views looking right down on the park.
If you are here to relax not a good idea can hear the park in the morning and the hole day till 21.00 ish.pillow felt Like a bean bag
Everything was great we had a king standard room and it was beyond our expectations. The staff were all very friendly and able to converse in English. The buffet was excellent, because we enjoy Japanese food there is some american choices though. The only thing would be the pillow. It could be a little softer.
It's near the Universal Studios, comfortable and with a good cost.
There was nothing into the frigobar.
Everything is fine accept for the 3rd day after housekeeping, the shampoo and shower gel bottles gone..I think the housekeeper forgot to place them back after cleaning...But luckily I had brought extra shampoo and shower gel or else my friend couldn't had her bath..
Everything!! We had a wonderful stay. Book it if you intend to go to USJ
The facility is excellent. Very well kept. Staff is always very helpful and nice. The food buffet is plentiful and has a wide variety.. And it's all very good. The proximity to universal studios and city is a short walk with plenty of food choices and shopping. Plus, a trip to the aquarium is cheap and close. The train is also very close.
There is no gym for those who want to keep up on fitness while on vacation. Other than the aquarium and universal, there isn't much else to do in the area. So, if you want to explore, you'll have to take the train if you know how to use it.
Close to USJ & train station. Room appeared to be recently refurbished. Very new & clean & decent size. Great bathroom.
close to park and clean
Hotel has very few amenities. For a high price hotel there is no computer access or business center, no gym, no pool, very little food choice, no cable tv, no direct airport bus access, no tourist information point and very, very limited bilingual staff. TV channels are ONLY in Japanese
Near by the usj and beautiful
I have to admit, I went to Osaka and stayed here so that it would be easy to go to Universal Studios. And sure enough it was super easy, a simple 5 minute walk to both the Park and City Walk. But , we also found the location great for other things as well. The Universal JR station is a 5 min. walk away as well. So it was really easy for us to get into town for shopping and dinner or go to the Osaka Castle. We also wanted to go to the Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium, and the hotel had a ferry stop right at the back. So it was really nice to ride the 15 min. ferry out to the aquarium and back to the hotel. I'm a big film nerd, so it was great hearing John Williams music blasting at the JR stop or slightly hearing it coming from the park in the morning (if you've got a parkside view). Tickets to the Aquarium and Universal Studios was also made available from the hotel. Solid Wifi, and fun cheesy designs. It made our stay at Osaka very enjoyable all around.
Not much to complain about really. For the price and the location, it was great. For non-Japanese speakers, I did run into some very slight language barriers there, but it was very minor and didn't really hold me back over all.
So close to Universl Studio, nice location, can get tickets easily an quickly. Like the fish tank, sounds live in an quairium.
Bed is not soft enough.
My Family enjoyed everthing the Hotel had to offer. 5 minute walk to Universal Studios for the Wizardry World of Harry Potter which was totally amazing. Hotel has a desk where you can purchase your tickets to acess the park as well as purchasing Express tickets to bypass all the lines soas to truly maximize your time and avoid standing in line for the rides.
Facility, food, staff
The hotel was really nice and a great experience for children, the food is tasty and I recommend other travelers to come to Hotel Universal Port.
Only a 5 minute walk to the park Good breakfast Make sure you get your fast pass the night before or early in the morning at 7 am
The location and the staff was fantastic. Rooms are fine for the family.
Pillows were too hard.
Very close to USJ and easy to find from the station.
No assistance with luggage up to the room despite us struggling with our own bags. Staff just sort of stood there watching us.
