Urbain Hiroshima Executive    

The hotel offered a free bar service and free access to a public bath located in the hotel itself. The hotel is only five minute walking from the train station, which is very comfortable if you plan to visit the surroundings of Hiroshima (for example, Miyajima)

The room was very small, even when compared with other Japanese hotels. We also thought that cleaning, even though sufficient, might be improved. The hotel staff was somewhat "cold". They were polite and let us use the free bar service also after we checked out, however we experienced a much warmer welcome at other hotels in Japan. I think this comes from the business orientation of the hotel, though I think a friendlier and more talkative attitude will also be appreciated by business travelers.

The room rate was low and that is about the best of it. The room is extremely small and that placed a damper on the visit. Breakfast ok. Close to station

Very well located (5 minutes from station), Great value for money, breakfast included, self-service bar for free, sauna for free for guests.

Location was pretty good, being really close to the station. The breakfast was pretty good and the fact you could have coffee and tea all day and eat your own things in there at other time was great. Comfortable rooms and nice bathroom.

No wifi in the room only LAN - though this is common in japan, but annoying for international customers. Wifi in the foyer though.

Have 24hrs coffee and other drinks at 1st fl. including free wifi. Have free washing facilities.

24-Hour coffee and drink service. Very convenient to Hiroshima station, 6 mins on foot.

Only found out after check-in that the hotel has only one public bath with staggeredhours: Female: 4:00pm to 9.30pm and Male: 10:00pm to 1:00 am (next day). This information should be provided in the hotel details when booking.

Good location close to JR Hiroshima station, good breakfast, had CNN japan on TV.

-Hotel location is very close to Hiroshima Station. -Room is very clean and comfortable. -bathroom is very clean and convenient. hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap, good quality ^_^ -Staffs are nice and helpful. -Wifi is available at Lobby. -Next time I will stay here again, absolutely. -recommended for Hiroshima visitors.

please bring small luggage because it's quite small room but it doesn't matter. I felt good to stay here ^_^

I have stayed at both Urbain Hiroshima Executive and Urbain Hiroshima Central numerus times and I never get disappointed. Great service, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Excellent location and amenities, particularly for the price. Rooms are not lavish and are slightly small but for what we paid we were very highly impressed. Easy access to the main station of Hiroshima. Great experience.

Location fairly near station and easy to find once you found the correct side to exit the station. Very good breakfast and good choices. Free use of washing machines and tumble driers

the bed in the comfort double room was pinned so tight against the wall it was impossible to get in or out of it without the other person moving first. I requested to change to a twin room but it was far too expensive to consider.
