Clean room, friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet, Staff were friendly but clueless about sightseeing, they were wrong about the castle being open on December 30th and they were wrong about where to eat good local food.

The breakfast buffet was served in a pleasant room and offerd both Japanese and Western options. Located across the street from the Castle that we did not tour as we spent our one day there travelling to Kyosan which amazing! Hotel was not close to the train station and required taxi to and from train station. Hotel rooms were the smallest that we had on our three week trip and had no air conditioning. Rooms were very wam and windows did not open.

Loved the view of the castle. Very central to many places. Enjoyed my visit very much. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom a little cramped

La situation de l'hôtel avec vue magnifique sur le chateau de Wakayama, très belle vue aussi au 9ème étage au petit déjeuner. Personnel attentionné mais parlant tres peu d'autres langues que le japonais.

和歌山では３泊しましたが、内容は一番よかった。その割に料金は 一番安くコストパフォーマンスは 抜群でした。

職員很友善，服務很好。 地址離和歌山城很近, 附近也有巴士到電車/火車站,十分方便。 而且房間挺大,床和枕頭也很舒適！ 浴室也夠整潔，有機會一定再入住。

Booking.comのメール予約は低価格を売り物にしているのだろうか？ インターネットでの予約は手配の手段であって価格が安いのが魅力ではない。 お城が見える部屋と見えない部屋の料金の選択など予約受付に選択の方法を考えるべきである。 浴室のカーテンからの悪臭、城の見えない部屋、期待を裏切るホテルであった。 これはホテルばかりではなく、booking comサイドの問題と感じた。
