Flexstay Inn Higashi-Ueno (Formerly: Weekly Mansion Higashi-Ueno)  

The hotel is very clean and proper. The staff is most helpful and communicate well in english. The room is large and comfortable with a view. The facilities is number 1.

Initially to get there from the train station is a bit difficult as maybe i arrived at midnight and snow was falling heavily. After that it became a breeze to get in and out.

Location is not near to the train station as mentioned in booking.com. I would not recommend this place to travelers with family as I have problems locating the place and I kept asking people around even the police officer don't even know when asked. Quite a distance from Ueno train station. Took me more than half an hour searching and convenience store also far away . Toilet too small it's meant for slim travelers .

Bathroom too small and no wifi after 6pm which is really bad

We stayed in a twin sharing room. It more of an apartment than a hotel. Best for family as it comes with a nice little kitchenette, to prepare food for the little ones. Suprisingly there is a small balcony where you could hang clothes to air dry. Staff are very helpful but front desk is only up to about 6pm. There is a Macdonalds round the corner and other small cosy restaurants nearby. Its away from a busy street so its more peaceful. You can rent a bicycle for quite a good price form the hotel to roam around and enjoy Ueno.

10-15 mins walk to Ueno Train station. Its quite tucked in so finding it on the first day was quite difficult. Do note there is another hotel named Weekly Mansion nearby. But the kind staff there will point you out to the Weekly Mansion HIGASHI in case you end up at the wrong one like we did.

Good location, just a short walk to the station and the shops. Quit in the night. For Tokyo a spacious room. Good choice to stay in this place for a couple of days.

Had cooking facilities

Very coinvenient for Ueno station and park, excellent close station at Ueno-Inaricho on Ginza line. Room decent size, light, well appointed, including small kitchen facility.

Slightly tricky door code on front door after 6 pm.

Overall near subway and main Ueno station. Nearby 24hrs supermarket and McDonald Room is quite small.. But that what we pay for. Cheap and gd :)

The location is not on the big road and is little bit hard to find if no gps also they don't provide room clean up within stay Any exchange of towels and room supply need extra charge(understandable for this rate) In room lan Internet kind of slow and unstable at night(understandable for this rate)

This place is more of a private bedsit than a hotel. You get your own room with kitchenette and bathroom but reception is working hours only and there is no housekeeping service. There is a vacume cleaner in your room and towels/sheets/robes can be swapped at reception if needed. Location is great, near subway and Ueno station.

The only bad point was that the bath in our room had a small crack in it. Not a leak problem, but made it unable to have a bath.

Basic, clean, good location...near Metro and close to jr Ueno.

Location, cleanliness and value for money..though no maid service but no problem at all.

Good locatuon,next to ueno station and subway,good facilities,larges beds,elevetore,quite.

The reception is close from 6pm to 9 am( but u can ask assistence all the time if u need so)

The staff are excellent! They smile always & very polite even when we late checked in at 11pm!! We can call them whenever we need helps. They upgrade us to triple room, the room is spacious & fully equipped with induction cooker, microwave, kitchen tools, even dish cleaning liquid. We can also rent iron & iron board with foc. Besides, it's very convenient to make call back to our country. Just purchase the telephone card from the vendor machine downstairs, telephone just next to the vendor machine can be used for international calls, or else u can inform the hotel staff that we need to make an international call in your room, they can fix the line for you. This hotel is our 1st choice when we visit to Tokyo again in future. It's value for money!!

Everything was available in the room for the price and the staff were all very helpful and could speak good english

The position is pretty good to access Ueno station and from there the rest of Great Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had to change my reservation. Very good hotel for tourists even with families, since cooking is possible in the room.

Понравилось наличие собственной мини-кухни - завтракали, обедали в номере, для готовки все есть. Очень близко к станции Уэно, рядом магазины.

Не проводилась уборка. Но это особо не мешало, так как убиралась сама. Проводной интернет не подходит к макбуку. а wi fi только в общем холле по просьбе.

Bonne situation, proche de la gare de Ueno et de la ligne de métro Ginza. L'hôtel corresponde tout à fait à sa description, il n'y a pas eu de mauvaise surprise. Chambre très propre mais sobre. Service de laverie libre-service et location de vélos, appréciable.

L'accueil est ouvert entre 9h et 18h, anglais difficile. Salle de bain minuscule, pas de femme de ménage pendant le séjour. Assez cher (mais c'est Tokyo), et tous ces points étaient bien décrits dès le départ. Les noms des rues sont en japonais, je vus conseille de préparer votre itinéraire pour trouver plus facilement l'hôtel.

Buona posizione per prendere skyliner, prezzo contenuto e stanza pulita.

la struttura consiste in tanti mini appartamenti con permanenza da 1 giorno a più settimane. Estetica zero e parecchio tristi, ma puliti e confortevoli. A 5-10 minuti a piedi da fermata Ueno della Yamanote e Toei lines. Come in altri alberghi la connessione è disponibile solo via cavo (no wi-fi)

Malo, malo. La fotos no muestran la realidad.

No hay recepción. Es una residencia de estudiantes que alquilan apartamentos. Al llegar hay que entrar por el pasillo de la derecha (donde estan las bicis) y llamar por el telefono para que vengan a decirte la habitación. Creo que es casi imprescindible alquilar unas bicis por solo 100 yenes al dia.

оооочень тесно, окна выходящие на сторону двора лучше не брать, подходит для студентов но не для взрослых людей и не семейных. за эти деньги лучше брать toyoko inn. нет завтрака! чек аут в 11 часов! час просрочки 1000 йен.

Der Zustand des Bades war unbefriedigend, die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig.

We spend two weeks in Weekly Mansion and rent a studio room (this is the real name we booked through booking.com ) with kitchen and fridge. The surprise was that the "STUDIO" we rent in booking.com was smaller than a single room. Of course, they have bigger Studios and the price is expensive than the average in the area. No cleaning service in the studio, if you spend some days there you'll need to pay extra charge for cleaning or DIY (do it yourself, they provide a sweeper to clean your room and provide a rubbish bag to collect your rubbish and put into the bins located next to the main entrance) Also with towel service and toilet paper (they sell paper roll in the front desk at a reasonable price) Recommended if you want to visit tokio for less than 3 days and small budget travellers but not for couples who want to stay in tokio for one week or more. Upgrade to a bigger "Studio" cost much money than a hotel room in the nearby area. Weekly mansion is like a hotel but it's not a hotel (studios are hotel single room size but without any service) then don't expect to have the same facilities than a hotel can offer.

El servicio de lavandería genial (nos vino muy bien :D) y la cocina aunque no la usamos por que estuvimos una sola noche. Todo muy limpio. Está muy cerquita de la estación aunque cuesta un poquito localizarlo.

Desde las 19:00 de la tarde hasta 9:00 cierran la recepción y no hay nadie.
