It's value for money and a good room to stay. Facilities are good.
A bit far from the Kyoto station and there's no elevator to use. Staff is not availabile for all day, you need to call them via the phone that they leave - which is quite surprising.
They allow us to enter the room while waiting for the staff to come. The room was quite and the place is easy to find. It is convinient too. The parking lot is just a few block away from the apartment and the place is near from convinience store just 5 minutes by foot.
Fully equipped studio with kitchenette, free washing machine, metro direct from train station, bike rental option and friendly management.
Fold-out bed a bit uncomfortable.
I liked how easy it was to find and to get the stuff to come over. I liked that they left the room open for me to wait for them inside until it was time for the appointment. I arrived a bit earlier and everything was ready.
Very nice employees with good command of English; quite good impression of a typical Japanese apartment (so the employees agreed); cheap bike rental service with enough bikes (that we did not use); 7-eleven-shop reachable within 5 minutes (for getting cash); washing machine on each floor; spacious wall closet for baggage
- only cash disbursement (the only time we could not use our Visa) - 20-minutes-walk to Imadegawa-station (quite hard with a lot of baggage) - we could not find cleaning supplies (except vacuum cleaner) for final clean-up and had to borrow it from the neighbours
staff is helpful when u check-in; quiet; a family mart is close;
difficult to find (i've uploaded two photoes on google map, you can refer to them if you want to stay here); no front desk to enquiry or leave luggage; no eatery around; ah, the worst thing -- bad smell from sink in kitchen, it really needs to fix!!!
The location was good if a little out of the way. Easy bus access. Laundry machine availability.
Bearing in mind this is not a hotel, we weren't sure what to expect. The room was small (Japanese standard), furniture mismatched and not in good order, the bathroom was very out of date and did not feel clean, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, made up of two square portions joining into a deadly bar in the middle of our backs. Also the room was on first floor overlooking a really busy road with a noisy pedestrian crossing signal. We ended up spending as much as possible of our time out of the room to avoid depression.
Very useful standard room
Very far away from trains and subway.
A lot of stuff in the room, even the whole kitchen. Good for staying for a few weeks/
In fact, this is not a hotel, just an apartment, so no room cleaning or stuff help. Also pretty hard beds.
Nice little appartment, it had everything needed to survive, even rental bicycles.
A bit small, but that's not unusual in Japan. And a bit far away from everything.
Friendly staff, good location, handy bike rental. Great vegan restaurant just down the hill too.
