Location is not far away from the center of the Tokyo. Akihabara station is just 5 min away. Kitchen utensils came in handy. Enough to make simple stuff. Personnel was kind and smiling. Some of them cannot speak english but noticed girls in front desk are good at english. Summuing up, I can fully recommend this hotel for people who are in budget travel and for young couples.
Room was little cold even there was an air conditioner in the room. However, staff provided warm blankets. Room is small.
Location . Quiet . Only a 5 min walk to the subway . 15- 20 mins into Tokyo . Rooms & bathroom small but clean & adequate. Friendly helpful staff. For the price would return .
-Comfy blanket -Great room facities -Excellent customers service
-Room cleaning service not available P.S. In case you staying for so many days, it's gonna be a problem.
The staff was nice and professional and always tried to help. The room had everything one really needs for a short term stay. There is also a big laundry room which was very convenient. New bed sheets and towels can be picked up at the front desk. The bed was also much bigger than i thought it would be.
Very small rooms with nowhere for baggage
The hotel is in a good, quiet location with shops, restaurants, and the rail station near by. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the bathroom was cozy.
The bed was okay.
I stayed 5 nights at the annex. The room is clean. It's okay with us that they don't provide room service. Staffs are helpful. We borrowed some cookwares so that we can cooked at room. There are convenience stores, supermarket and pharmacy near the hotel.
The bathroom is a little bit small but it's not a problem. Even though the location was not bad (Walk from JR Kameido station about 5mins) but it might takes time to move to city centre.
The location was convenient for transport, takeaways, supermarket. Small ,comfortable room. Bathroom was extremely compact but contained all that was needed. Having a microwave was a real bonus.
Were I staying one night the room would have been cleaned for a new guest the next day. I stayed 5 nights and had I wanted the room cleaned it would have cost me extra. Go figure!
Good place, near mall and train station.
Great privacy with no room service. Great location. Helpful staff. Amenities in the room are abundant.
No wifi in the room. Water changes from hot to cold all the time.
the hotel is near Japan Rail ways just exit from the south gate and around 500 m you will arrive in the hotel very convinience
the room little small
Very very small compared to other Japan hotel. Shower room is real tiny.
-it was very near the jr station -there were a lot of really yummy restaurants around the area -groceries and convenience stores are very near -accessible -clean and nice rooms
-the toilet and bath could be a little bigger, but other than that, everything is okay
Good value for Tokyo and we had a fridge so we could store things. Also very close to the JR line so convenient for getting to places you want to see.
I liked the location. It's very near the station and can find everything around, just walking distance.
The staff attitude. Not friendly at all specially with foreigners. Then the Wi -Fi didn't work at all.
15min from the center by subway. Microwave and potery. Nice promenade. Kind staff. Umbrellas for rent.
No breakfasts included.
Located next to JR Kameido.
Far from the city center.
Location was really convenient. Very clean room and toilet. Staff didn't really speak much English, but they were nice and always tried to help.
Room was a little smaller than I expected, but still OK. There was a noise the whole time in the bedroom. It sounded like an air extractor, but there was no way to turn it off. We didn't tell the people in the desk because it didn't really annoy us --we were so exhausted at the end of the day that we wouldn't even realize. You don't get your room cleaned (but we were already warned) and you have to get yourself downstairs new towels and even more WC paper. Not that bad. You didn't get Wi-Fi in the room unless you asked for it (you had to get a portable router at the desk).
Staff was helpful and the location is very nice: quiet, in the reasonable walking distance away from the station, Lawson convenience store is a few meters away. There's a microwave oven in the room, not a very common thing in Japanese hotels.
First of all, this is not the usual hotel in terms of service. Rooms are not cleaned every day, there's no daily room service. You are supposed to clean the room by yourself. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only wired connection is provided. But worst of all is that we booked non- smoking rooms, and we were given rooms where people definitely smoked in, for a prolonged period of time. Walls, furniture and bed had a smoker's smell. Not the sheets, but the mattress and pillow. To compensate for that, we had to had the window constantly open. Smell went away only after about 5 days. And the worst thing is that this place isn't that cheap after all, you can find better hotels for that money, I tell you for sure.
Equipment in the room, cleanliness of room, and quality of the bed
location a bit far from tokyo centre
Standard japanese budget hotel - room was very very small, but except for that it was OK. Nice location - not very central, but JR station is nearby, there are also convenience stores, supermarket and few restaurants nearby. Good for that price.
No room service. No place to empty the trash can (most people just leave trash in the laundry room).
We asked for a non- smoking room and the room smelled horrible ( tobacco) , it was hard to breath.
Staff is very helpful and kind, nice room.
