We had a very positive experience at the weekly mansion in Osaka. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Location was great - near the castle and subway and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. No problems with reservation and booking. Thank you for your service! |

good location (close to metro station, convenience stores, castel, NHK hall), good value-for-money no downsides, really ... however, be aware that this is not a typical hotel - instead, you rent an apartment and may get some service (cleaning, laundry) for additionaly payment |

good price but when I arrived at 10 a.m. (after a 12 hour of night fly) even I was tired they don't let us in the room for rest, until 4,00 p.m. Before I came to this hotel they said that if I will pay more 1000 yens I can have my room before 4,00 p.m. but when I arrived they were not agree with that to be more clean |

Practical. Had kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge. Everything you need. Location is not too far from a subway station. However, the hotel is not a beauty. |

very nice location, very clean and quiet. perfect for a city trip and very cheap... it is just 2 minutes away from the metro station. get out at Tanimachi 4 chome metro station exit number 4, go straight, this is the second on ur left (there is a Family Mart shop on the other side of the street) 10 minutes of internet connection for 100 yens, too expensive!!!!! |

I like the extra spacious room size and that there is a kitchen, diner table, microwave, and cooking facilities. The free internet broadband in-room connection is excellent Most TV programs are in Japanese, It would be nice if there are more english TV programs. The price is a bit expensive compaired to other hotels of similar type in the area. |

1. considering that transportation costs in Japan is expensive, location is not convenient/central. The higher cost to and from airport/train stations negates the low room rate 2. hotel front desk staff not helpful and too money conscious. Asking to immediately pay upon check in is not very welcoming. |

When we were out Sightseeing it was everything that we needed to come back to. Close to 100yen food shop and Subway transport, Free internet to keep in touch with family. We walked back from namba (Dotonbori) one night. Would highly recommend to all travelers needing a great place to call Home Base while in osaka |

the free internet was about the only good thing about this place cleaning was extra and the toilet was noisy when flushed. in fact, the whole bathroom looked like it belonged in a cabin rather than a hotel/motel. it was like staying at a hostel. we stayed at the grand prince hotel in tokyo which had much better facilities for only $10 extra a night. |

We stayed in a studio type triple room, very spacious with kitchenette where you can do some cooking, bowls and glasses were provided too as well as table for 3. The location was walking distance away from osaka castle. Restaurants and convenient stores are also nearby. Good value for the money. |
