Weekly Mansion Osaka At Otemae

Price was so good. Every employee's English were good. Facilities very little bit old but it's acceptable. Water pressure and hot water were enough. Accessibility to many tour site was good. It is close to subway station. Most satisfied thing is the free wired internet access in the room. Its speed was good enough. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, I will stay at this mansion again.

On the 1st floor there was two computer for the costumer, but the price is little bit expensive (100Yen/10min). And I could print out some documents by emailing it to front desk email address, but it was uncomfortable and the quality was not good.

The rooms were quite large based on Japanese standards. The mini kitchen had complete amenities from pots and pans, to plates, even a rice cooker! The stay were friendly and speaks good english. :)

hotel staffs are very helpful and the location is very convenience. Subway station is close to all tourist locations.

Weekly bicycle rent for 1050 yen. Amazing value - you can go anywhere in 15 mins without taking the subway.

No daily room cleaning, but probably why it costs less to stay there.

The staff were excellent. Their English was very good and they were both friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and of a reasonable size. Although not close to many major attractions, there was a subway only five minutes walk away and lots of convenience stores nearby. Internet access and laundry facilities were useful.

The bathroom was small although functional with good water pressure. It was however, nearly impossible to get a 'hot' shower. The studio kitchenette was tiny and the frying pan provided was barely useable.

I like the fact that the hotel feels like home. It was a good venue to bond with my teenaged kids. We did things together, like cook, watch TV and even do the housekeeping.

The clothes cabinets need some refurbishing. It will be OK also if a mirror/dresser will be provided in the bedroom.

The 4-people room was very big. The staff is friendly thou their English is not perfect, but understandable.

Location, apartment concept works fully (kitchen with eqquiped, ...)

Only 3 beds, making the concept of 6 people sleeping in very difficult

Location is good enough, price is good value for money, staff did its best to help. I also have to say I appreciate Booking.com's assistance in booking this hotel. Thanks!

Cleanlines can be improved, specially toilet: Linoleum floor coverings showing signs of water-caused wear. Kitchen range cleanlines can be improved too.

the hotel staff are professional and helpful in our trip. The district where the hotel situated was appropriate since we can come to the subway nearby around 3-5 minutes. By the way, we came to a restaurants which stood in the main street in the direction of the subway was excellent in the quantity of food, price of the food and theservices of the staff. Also, the staff who spoke english fluently which made us comfortable to seek help. After all, thanks for their services which made us the holiday enjoyable.

Very kindly and helpful staff, quite easy to find, about 5 min walk to Tanimachi 4 chome subway station.

Public internet was slightly expensive (100 yen/10min)

Hotel room was clean but too much smelling of cigarette smoke.
