Price was relly good and front desk people some of are very nice.we like the man wering glass is very friendly and nice.We will be back. We spend studi. kichen was really mini. We have no table to eat. bas room need deep clean. mold old dirty spot all over! |

The room is fine with all facilities. The location is good near to Osaka castle and by subway easy to reach the rest of the city. The only thing is that there is no room cleaning, you must pay extra; this is ok when you stay 3 days, but I think for people staying longer period should get room cleaning for free! |

Check in was available late, reception staff very professional and friendly, we thought the hotel was great value for money, we were impressed with the facilities in the room and bathroom and the laundry room was also very useful. No, we cannot fault our experience. |

The rooms had a balcony and its size was good. The next subway station is 5 minutes walkes up the street. The balcony wasn't very clean... the aircondition was a little noisy. |

It was a simple but nice hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and everything went fine, it was clean, the staff was serious and nice, we had everything we needed in the rooms (western bathroom, kitchen, micro wave, tv, clim...). The location is nice (2mn from the Tanimachi 4 Chome metro), a lot of convenient stores open all the time (Lawsons, Family mart, 7/11...). I recommend this hotel, it's small and not a very beautiful place, but definitely ok for the price we pay. I really hated the fact that we had to pay for internet (100yen/10mns!!). Only two computers, and right in the hall. We went to few other hostels in Japan and internet was free for the clients, I think they should do the same! Moreover, the laundry cleaner and the drier works very bad and are pretty expansive. |

You can get fresh towels and robes everyday.Very near the main road Hommomachi-dori where you can get taxis to train stations. The hallways have that "not so clean" smell.And the stafff must regularly check the open(veranda) area, the gutters are clogged and dirty.Please also check the bedroom door of room 702. |

The hotel is placed in very good location and was very well equiped. Nice large room and possibility to connect to the Internet. The room, and especialy bathroom and toilet weren't clean enough, and so were our towels. |

Price was so good. Every employee's English were good. Facilities very little bit old but it's acceptable. Water pressure and hot water were enough. Accessibility to many tour site was good. It is close to subway station. Most satisfied thing is the free wired internet access in the room. Its speed was good enough. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, I will stay at this mansion again. On the 1st floor there was two computer for the costumer, but the price is little bit expensive (100Yen/10min). And I could print out some documents by emailing it to front desk email address, but it was uncomfortable and the quality was not good. |

The rooms were quite large based on Japanese standards. The mini kitchen had complete amenities from pots and pans, to plates, even a rice cooker! The stay were friendly and speaks good english. :) |

We were able to rent bicycles and a washing machine. The Weekly Mansion is very cost effective, especially if you stay for weeks rather than days. Our cost dropped considerably when we changed from 13 days to 14 days (2 weeks). Room could have been a bit cleaner but not bad. They happily moved us from one room to another when we complained about a bit of a smell in the toilet room. |

Weekly bicycle rent for 1050 yen. Amazing value - you can go anywhere in 15 mins without taking the subway. No daily room cleaning, but probably why it costs less to stay there. |

Location was fine, we did get a bigger apartment which was nice. Even A/C in the bedroom, we didn't expect that for that price. It's good value for money. Rooms are a bit old, but everything works and everything is clean. |

The staff were excellent. Their English was very good and they were both friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and of a reasonable size. Although not close to many major attractions, there was a subway only five minutes walk away and lots of convenience stores nearby. Internet access and laundry facilities were useful. The bathroom was small although functional with good water pressure. It was however, nearly impossible to get a 'hot' shower. The studio kitchenette was tiny and the frying pan provided was barely useable. |

I like the fact that the hotel feels like home. It was a good venue to bond with my teenaged kids. We did things together, like cook, watch TV and even do the housekeeping. The clothes cabinets need some refurbishing. It will be OK also if a mirror/dresser will be provided in the bedroom. |

Hotel is on great location, near subway, near two food shops all for 100 yen which is great as the food is expensive in normal shops. Rooms are like small apartments. You get all you need for an a apartment. Have to pay extra for cleaning, but there is also a vacuum cleaner to do it yourself if you do not want to pay. Staff is really great, all English speaking, all ready to spend some time to explain or direct where to go, etc. All in all great for people with small budget. |

Location is good enough, price is good value for money, staff did its best to help. I also have to say I appreciate Booking.com's assistance in booking this hotel. Thanks! Cleanlines can be improved, specially toilet: Linoleum floor coverings showing signs of water-caused wear. Kitchen range cleanlines can be improved too. |
