good clean room, good breakfast, close to central Sapporo no transport to the hotel from the airport for late arrivals, almost became stranded in the snow. no response to several emails.

We really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The idea of booking it was to be able to head out early to the airport (there is a complimentary shuttle bus). We checked in at about 2130hrs and left about 0625 next morning. For this, all worked well and we got to the airport in good time in spite of the blizzard and freezing temperatures (- 20 degrees). Staff were friendly and helped witn a smooth check in and check out process. Rather longer distance from Chitose Station than we had anticipated, but no big deal really ( had it not been snowing cats and dogs).

千歳空港への送迎バスがあること 部屋の内装は改装されていて綺麗だった 朝食は多少割高感あり？ 千歳駅構内の地図に掲載されておらず、探すのに手間取った ホテルの看板も分りにくい

Huone pieni mutta toimiva,kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Booking.com sivustolta ei käynyt ilmi,että ilmainen airport shuttle ajaa vain tiettyinä aikoina,esim lentokentältä hotelliin vain illalla.
