The onsen is superb. After a long shopping trip, it's great to be able to soak in a hot onsen.
The room is really small for 3. But yet comfy.
Actually it is a very resonable price hotel with the facilities provided. For such a good hotel in this area is very good deal. The hot spring is very nice after a long day. It is more like a hip hotel than a chain super hotel.
Very comfortable beds, great service, and the best pillows! Location fantastic to Tokyo station.
room too small
Breakfast was suppose to be free. We paid extra n free for 1 morning. 3rd day we didn't bother.
Superb location! Did not realise the Airport limousine stops one row of shops behind the hotel , in front of a shop selling Hokaido products and noodles. You can access the hotel from Yaesu subway exit underground from Tokyo Station.( May be the hotel should advertise this on the website, which exit is the most convenient, this will be extremely helpful to first time travellers getting off train from Tokyo Station) .Hotel staffs are friendly , polite and extremely helpful..
Rooms are small and no phone in the room, we have to viber in order to contact person in the next room.
Location, cleanliness and some very helpful staff
No in- house phone and travel info/brochure/map

room size very small
Location, location, location Cleanliness Friendly staff Free Wi-fi
Room was very small Thin walls
Mordren and very clean, good location and nice staff.
Very close to Tokyo station. Come out from Yaesu exit near the Shinkansen. Look up for the Yanmar building on the corner, walk up that side of the road 50m to Shinsei bank then turn right into alley. Walk 20m up and you can't miss it. On Google maps try "Lohas Hotel Tokyoeki" Possible to walk to Ginza area. Newly renovated. Excellent onsen onsite available for free to guests. Coin laundry and vending machines. Can walk around the hotel in yukatas! ;-)
Unlike most Japanese hotels of this grade, they do not store luggage for guests after leaving. Hint: Go across the road to Tokyo station and either use the coin lockers there, or else the luggage drop off service. The small lift entrance to the latter is around the corner from the Tokyo station bus ticketing office. Look for the small 'Recruit' sign at ground level as a landmark.
The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station and convenient to shops, restaurants, and shinkansen lines. The rooms are small, but that is typical of Japanese hotels. The room layout is compact yet efficient. I had everything I needed. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler. The laundry facilities are great, but could use some simple English instructions. (what are the clipboards for?) That would be helpful for foreign travelers. The staff was very polite and courteous. The facilities and room are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.
good location, staff were helpful and could communicate in good English, wifi in the room was worth mentioning.
The room was small and there was no sufficient space to put our luggage cases.
Great location just near Tokyo station. Very new hotel with onsen facility, choice of pillows and free wifi.
Pricy for size of room without breakfast included.
The hotel is located by Tokyo Station. It takes 3 minutes to get to it from station. Nice hotel facility is bath in japanese style. Bath helps relax and put off tiredness after long walks.
