A 15-minute walk from the JR Nara Train Station, Yamabe features a flat-screen TV and a desktop computer in each room. Guest can connect their laptops to the free wired internet as well. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas, and bicycles can be rented for free. Each air-conditioned room features an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The shared bathroom and toilets are open for 24-hours, providing free toiletries. Some rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring and Japanese futon bedding, while some rooms have a Western-style bed. Laundry facilities are provided for guests to use. Complimentary coffee is served, and free parking space is available. A Japanese dinner and breakfast are served at the dining room. Yamabe Inn is a 20-minute drive from the Horyuji Temple, and a 30-minute drive from the historic Asuka Village. Five minutes walk from Tenri station. Friendly and helpful owners. Comfortable japanese-style room (no evidence of smoking!). Free wi-fi and beverage facilities. 15 mins on train to Nara. Shared shower facilities basic but acceptable. Not much in Tenri itself but only using it as a base so not a big problem.

Location was ok, short walk from TENRI station, not Nara! Tenri may be less ok, depending on your travel route... Basic accomodation, but that's what you pay for, so no problem. Helpful owner. Nice room, smoking only, which may be a problem if you're unlucky (as a non-smoker). Check-out is at 9 am, earlier then everywhere, which means they call you at 9.01 am, which is rather harsh.

很棒的民宿。 日式房型還有桌電可供上網及看電視使用。 衛浴設備較一般日本家庭式(洗完身體才能泡澡還不用放水那種的)可以體驗。 因位於天理，如果行程排在奈良的朋友還要搭JR轉車唷。 隔音極差。

低予算 （１）建物・設備が古く、汚く不潔。 （２）部屋ごとに、バス・トイレが無く、共同使用。 （３）様式トイレが全館に一か所しかない。 （４）布団の上げ下げのサービスが無い。 （５）Checkout Time が午前9時であり、変更できない。
