Great free coffee all day in the lobby. Computer and printer avialable in the lobby too for free. Staff very very helpful and courtous. Room was very small and breakfast was rather monotonous - same thung ever day - not a problem for most people staying one or two nights, but I was there for fourteen!

very nice location (1 min walk from metro station), close to Akihabara electric town, very clean, very small room, very poor english of all staff! - almost impossible to ask for anything :(, horrible way to deal with customers - arrivig on Sunday aftrenoon they insisted on paymant of the whole amount in advance in jen... no possibilty to guarantee with card, US dollars etc, boring breakfast after some time (no cheese),

This hotel is conveniently located as it has 2 subway stations bearby and also jr line which makes it easy for commuting/travelling. The hotel staff is also very helpful; although English understanding is a bit of an issue. The room is quite small and does not have a wardrobe at all. Hence not convenient for long stays.

Situado en buena zona el hotel tiene todo lo necesario para utilizarlo de basae para conocer Tokyo. El desayuno es tipo americano con huevos reculetos, bacon, pollo pero tambien tienen cerreales y ensaladas.

L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue très calme (tout en étant au coeur de la ville). La chambre est petite mais confortable. Tout y est très propre. Le petit déjeuner, inclus dans le prix de la chambre, était vraiment bon (buffet simple mais bon). L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver, au premier abord, pour quelqu'un qui ne connaît pas bien le quartier.

Hotel is *very* close to a metro station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The internet worked immediately. We got a room with only a very small window overlooking a wall in just 20 cm from the window. The room had a very low ceiling. Not what I was expecting from a "Superior room" and the pictures on the cite.

Very convenient location - 1 minute from a metro station and two stops from Tokyo central station. Helpful staff. Rooms may be small but had everything we needed a even a bathtub & the best shower. Good value for money.
