The location is very good, right outside a Metro station. The breakfast is good. The room is very clean.
The staff is not very helpful. The room is very small.
very close to the metro, friendly staff
too expensive from what it offers. terrible breakfast
people is nice and kind
the persons at the reception dont speak english and its hard to communicate
Its location; in a quiet street at walking distance from commercial areas.
Everything, including breakfast.
Wifi was too crowded, with ups and downs on the 7th floor (the signal was good but the connection speed was very intermitent)
The staff were fantastic. They were so incredibly helpful and knoweledgeable.
Friendly staff, spoke English, and they helped us with surrounding landmarks.
We didn't like the room vibration from subway situated by hotel.
Everythings was good maybe need more speaking in english^_^
The hotel is perfectly situated in a calm minor road but very close to all relevant train+metro stations in Tokyo's center. The hotel is equipped with all what you need and more: even a fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We spent one week and we felt like being guests in a Japanese family. Even a high price hotel couldn't enable us a better stay.
The location is a bit off from the main attractions, except for Akihabara where my bf wanted to hang out. 5 min walk to akihibara. It's right next to 2 different subwaylines which makes it perfect for travel. Staff was super friendly, bed comfy, everything very clean. Very quiet side street.
The breakfast was tasty but not much to choose from.
the staff had a good command of English; the breakfast was very good with lots of choices; the room (twin) was small but we managed; The staff told us which subway exit to use in GOING to Tokyo station (A3) but bot COMING back so I will add use exit A4 Hotel was very quiet, on a back street, but easy to get to & from many places in the city.
Maybe fresh fruit is really expensive in Japan and the hotel only served canned fruit cocktail but we bought a banana every day at Family Mart just across the street and that was fine by us.
The staff could really cope with our lack of Japanese language and could give us directions with well prepared maps.
The room just needed a little bit more width to open our suitcases! So not much there to complain about.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Bit expensive for what it is but was booked during golden week so it's understandable
- Really good location (Quiet place near metro (exit A5), Akiba, Family Mart, tasty japanese restaurants and cafes). - Good WI-FI speed. - Very tasty breakfast (but see minus). - Cheap laundry on 9th floor. - Everything is working, room clean and tidy. - Free coffee and tea. We loved this hotel.
- Every time same breakfast. - Small room. - No safe in the room.
Location is perfect - only 30 seconds to Awajicho subway station, 5 mins to JR station, 2 stops from JR Tokyo.
We booked a non-smoking room, but were placed to a smoking room. The room was very well ventilated and deodorised, but if you have any allergies that wont work
breakfast was delicious. the location is just perfect. the toilet is very clean.
the bed was so firm and i had difficulty sleeping. the street was a little noisy i could hear the subway.
Excllent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was great with all the facilities you could ever want. Extremely clean and well kept. Fantastic location as well very close to Akihabara. Nearby post office and seven eleven. I was thoroughly happy and impressed. Would definitely stay here again!
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet street off the main road. Metro is 2 min away. Breakfast western style with not the biggest but sufficient choice. Staff is friendly and can speak enough English to sort out things. All in all very good hotel for both, holiday visit as well as a business trip. I recommend this place and will try to stay there again, next time I am in Tokyo.
Walking distance to subway stations and parks.
Around £300 for 3 nights, was expecting more for my money. Hostels I had stayed in prior to this offered better service and comfort. Room was a bit small, mouldy in corners of room, black hairs in bath and my hair is blonde. Staff are friendly but english is not very good and a lot of the time simple questions I had couldn't be answered. People around the area are very friendly and seem to know more about the area. Map the hotel provided was inaccurate so be careful but again locals are very friendly, staff couldn't advise on how to get to Narita Airport. Again, very friendly staff but not what I had expected given the amount I had paid. Japenese people seem to work very long hours and the same staff seemed to be working night and day so probably all very tired. Staff training were left to offer advice and not well supported which made it confusing to understand if breakfast was included etc overall a really good location but i wouldn't recommend unless more recent reviews are better and some changes have been made. Hostels I've stayed in at a quarter of the price were cleaner and friendlier with equally as good of a location.
Central location, near to Metro. Friendly and helpful staff (able to speak English!)
Hardly any storage space for clothes, etc. Only really suitable storage for a one night stay.
Great Location , very friendly staff, comfort bed and good taste breakfast.
the breakfast is the same menu in everyday.
Nice place with lovely stuff. I would recommend this hotel.
Good location near public transport and very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast is very simple (toast and cereal) but there are good backers and a Starbucks nearby
The room was clean & comfortable, the staff were fantastic as was the location. Free coffee in foyer, Free WiFi. Would recommend it & have.
Nothing everything was great.
