    The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean

    Water too salty I never felt clean. Lack of shower gel like other hotels in coast was a poor point. Also provide shampoo and lotion. Put flat screen tvs. Too outdated tv

    Food was great, staff was helpful and friendly

    During a heavy rain, we had some serious flooding in our room.

    People there are friendly. The room was decorated well and as expected.

    Salty water since it was my first time to use it. Matoke is our main food in Uganda and was not on the menu all my 3 night stay.

    You have very dedicated and polite staff and security was reassuring

    1) In future it good for the hotel to profile visitors and dedicate some (part of) menu to groups, i.e. for 4 days with several kenyans in hotel there was not a single african/kenyan dish; ata upande wa mbuzu choma or njahi or tilapia? 2) Restricted type of alcoholic drinks for all-inclusive package is unfair. Being in hospitality industry you cannot assume that a beer drinker can take anything.

    They never cleaned our room properly, it was not even clean when we arrived.

    We were short changed from our online booking to ridiculous package which was about usd 50 more than the online price indicated.

    The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is great also as most places are within walking distance. Great places are Yuls and Ilkovo but if you want to party then best days are Thursday to Saturday otherwise everything is very quiet.

    The rooms could do with an update but no complaints they are very clean

    Staff and the entertainers both within the Hotel and from without. Food service was great dive staff very helpful

    Everything,the food ,the entertainment, the Pool and the beautiful sight to the Ocean.

    That they promised to repay back the over 2 600 crowns which were booked from our Account by Mistake .We were promised to choose for either a refund upon arrival or a deduction on further stays. None of them worked .So sad .

    It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The staff were all very good, the facility was clean and well cared for. The airconditioned rooms were heavenly. Sundeck gives you a great view without being subject to people on the beach selling things.

    You need to walk the beach in the early morning or late afternoon. In early morning the sellers are not out yet and in the late afternoon there are many more people walking as the beach is shaded then and it's easier to avoid people wanting to sell things.

    The friendlyness of the staff.

    The fact that myself and the other people in my group all had really bad stomach upsets, due I think to the food.

    close to Bamboori beach

    I got a lot of bugs in my room and bed. and the people on the beach was so persistant for earn money.

    The kindness of everybody, the food and also the clean rooms.

    Wifi not free in the hotel, and not all over the hotel.

    Location was good

    The food was not to good The hotel need a facelift The drinks included in the all inclusive were rubbish.

    the food was quite good great sea view from the room

    - the size of the hotel is small for the number of rooms available. felt crowded - the quality of drinks - all inclusive drnks are quite cheap - water in the rooms - there is very little water in the rooms and one has to buy extra water - in an "all inclusive" offer. - finally, i was booking for 2 adults and somewhere the system booked for an individual.... creating confusion and the need for me to add some cash.

    I only liked the view from my room.

    The room had a nice view however, I didnt like having two beds in it. I said I wanted a one huge bed so I wonder why I got two. The fridge wasnt cold enough for my drinks. The lady at the reception was very rude to me as I brought my aunt for visit. I didnt know that no outside guessts were allowed. I asked where it said as I didnt see any signs at the reception nor online....she said its not herjob to tell everyone whats allowed and whats not allowed we just have to accept it. She also said I can see u are just passing by without even saying or asking anything and I said what was I supporst to ask when I didnt know about it. We continued arguing....and her not having any eye contact and the way she spoke to me was very rude. I went back to clear it as I was mad but she had already left. I told the guy my opinion and he appologised as he was there during our conversation earlier. Just because she is a manager or whatever...I dont care who she is, she has no right to talk to a guesst like that. Plus it doesnt make sense to me how a geusst isnt alloud to enter the room, but is allowed to enter the bar how will they know if I use the other entrance through the pool to make sure she is in the room? I also had to wait for long until my room was ready. I was so tired from my long flight and needed a nap so waiting for 45min so ny room could be ready was not ok. I wished they were faster. I only enjoyed the food at lunch time if I happend to be around. The other menus were all same everyday. I expected for some change. The entertainment was poor and boring. I always chilled in the room and watched tv or went to other hotels or restaurants nearby. Some live music would be nice or games going on. Remember u also have some young couples u should think about them too. Not just play 90s music but also modern music. Am very dissapointed cz I paid alot for this...I could have added abit more cash I could have booked Sarova White Sands.

    The staff are wonderful, helpful efficient, and friendly, the position is the only reason why i book this Hotel all the time

    The Hotel looks run down now, i have been coming to your hotel for a lot of years now and nothing seems to have been brought up to scratch, looking decidedly worn. One example, no change with colour arrangements, bed cover getting passed there prime,(faded) thats what the hole place looks like in a nut shell. Lastly i was not at all impressed by the lack of towels for the sun beds i couldnt get one for three days because people where given more than one each, and i ws told to go back to my room and get one out of the shower room, not impressed at all.
