How the rooms are build. They precious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The rooms had no TV so it made our stay boaring since the wheather was not good to go outside. Next time I need TV in my room even if I add some fee on top or else I wont come back

The swimming pools were many, clean and well kept. The food and staff in the a la carte restaurant were of an OK standard. The booking we had was for a twin room in the resort but had us placed in another property not in the resort (which apparently is 'considered' to be part of the resort even though it has a different name??**). This property is across a public road and down about 150 metres (very dark at night) and has absolutely no facilities whatsoever - security staff who are almost never at their post, invisible pool attendants (which means you can't get a towel) and nowhere to obtain the basics such as water, which is not provided. If you need drinking water, you need to go to the main resort and buy it at the bar. Ditto if you want anything to eat ... nothing. The room, also, curiously, had a padlock on the outside of a shared door, so if you went into your room at night and the people in the room across the foyer went out and locked it, you wouldn't be able to get out ... are you thinking prison, not to mention firetrap? The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful - it was mostly just one woman (let's call her Miss X), to be fair, but by the time you've tried nice, then tried "firm" and none of the above work, you're pretty much over it. With a visible rolling of the eyes, she said she would try to move us to another room and didn't (probably had no intention of bothering) until I followed up the next day and eventually dealt with someone else, who did quite happily move us to a proper room in the resort. Miss X told us that the nicer part of the resort was fully booked - it wasn't. And all with sour expression and hands planted firmly on hips - attitude just not required at the front desk. Although activities were advertised it wasn't obvious when or where they were on. You can't really swim at the beach because at low tide there's too much seaweed on the sand and at high tide there's too much seaweed in the water, meaning snorkeling impossible - this together with the guys on the beach hassling you relentlessly makes it really unpleasant.
