Toilet poorly kept and arrangement for meals is pathetic. There're times there was no meals and yet nobody would bother notifying clients in advance especially when you have small children.

Remove it from your list of hotels, please. It's not worth your reputation.

Beautiful private beach and lovely cottages secluded from eachother with plants and trees. The pictures of the resort dont do it justice. the actual resort is much prettier! most of the food is excellent, especially the fresh seefood.

the bathrooms in the cottages are NOT at a western standard. Old and grimy. you do not want to spend more time in there than absolutely necessary. No Air conditioning, especially in the hotel rooms that dont ventilate naturally very well, this is quite a discomfort. The staff is friendly but not very competent. Expect very African pace of service .....

The staff were very nice. The rooms on the higher floors overlooking the sea were amazing! The jumbo prawns on the a la carte menu were great....

The buffet breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. The hotel offered us pancakes as a supplement for toast, had no egg station, no fresh bread and no fresh fruit. We arrived on the first day to find we did not have a double executive room as booked and confirmed by the hotel. Instead we got a cottage and were told we would move the next day. The same evening we were asked to move again to a twin room as the guests for the cottage had arrived! In the end the hotel gave us this first night as a complimentary for all the inconvenience, but it was also highly unprofessional. We decided to stay in the twin room for the entire stay and refused to move again as the room had a great view and was very comfortable.

Location, Evan the driver who was superb and a mine of information and assistance, the beaches with no beach boys, the peaceful nature of the place, value for money.

Restaurant and food - don't go full board or waste money eating there, go self catering. The restaurant staff are badly trained and food over priced for its quality.

Fabulous location, wonderful gardens, great staff.

The hotel was overpriced and food was mediocre - expected better quality at the price.
