Great designed and comfortable apartments with tv wifi kitchen bathroom and bedroom, great for a couple that wants to cook for themselves or have space.. Furniture and bed and facilities were very good.

Little noises with people up and down stairs on a hard floor all the time and no gym although advertised, breakfast is good but limited evening-daytime menu..

I liked the large spacious rooms, and the nice decor. It has a pretty pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no television or internet available. The breakfast was uninteresting and plain. It was hot in our room and there were no fans availble to use. Could not sleep in the hot room.

The 1 bedroom apartment was fabulous. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Meltonia to everyone, especially if they have a young family.

They could do a bit better with the food.

The location isn`t so close to the city, but if you use taxi around 5USD, you can reach their. I think this is worth while to pay it.

Restaurant wasn` a full service... Like they didn`t have chicken....

the location isvgreat, suites are exquisite, comfortable, neat and clean.

The service level at breakfast was shocking. There was often not enough food, tables were not cleared and when one asked for something, the staff really took their time.

Was from Rural Kenya doing community service for three months and came to Meltonia Suites on transit back home. And it was a great place of relaxation for me. Great Humble Staff, very clean rooms- white linen changed daily...and every thinkable amenity in the room....made me remember home! As I missed all these when I was in Bungoma in Rural Kenya.

Having a kitchen and living room in addition to the bedroom and bathroom was a big plus. It was spacious and we used every bit of it.

It was little expensive for what you got. the hot water only lasted 7 minutes then ran out.

Meltonia was a new and very pleasant experience for me. For any traveller who plans to stay and work in Nairobi for some days or a few weeks, I easily recommend Meltonia Luxrary Suites as a very good alternative.

1. Mosquito infested! 2. Front desk (except Francis) is a BIG JOKE! Customer service is horrible (they asked me to pay my bill at 10pm!! ... because i was supposed to check out the following day) 3. NO HOT WATER for shower 4. Cold breakfast

The Staff and hotel was wonderful. You feel you at home with very nice staff and their interest to you with well furnished and clean rooms when you compare others in Africa. We can do our own meal even by checking the staff in the kitchen.

The only thing is the breakfast was too week.

Comfort, Style, Value for Money and Spacious Apartments. Very professional Hotel Taxi and reasonably priced. Airport pick up was excellent despite very short notice on email.

Breakfast is good but can be improved, but considering the amount of monies paid, I am not complaining.

The gentleman at the reception as I was checking out seemed not to be aware of their 25% prepayment policy at the time of booking. They refused to acknowledge my advance payment forcing me to pay the entire amount quoted on the booking. That is annoying and will involve me wasting my time going back to them with my credit card statement for a refund. A case of knowledge gap or ignorance maybe.

A home style apartment, well furnished with all necessary appliances, Fairly spacious with 70+ sq.m, good for long stay Good location, walking distance to nakumatt mall, which has a fair selection of fast foods and supermarket, money exchange etc.

Staff, far from a level which it supposed to be when it charge you 135 usd per night. I would call it a guesthouse with self-service facilities rather than a luxury suites.

The studio was spacious and clean.

The services within the apartment like internet, tv etc does not work at all times. Staff are not well equipped to handle client complaints and fix problems quickly. Taxis are not easily available. Drivers can be very unprofessionl and tardy. Though the apartment itself is great, the service makes it a very inconvenient option.

Upon arrival to the Hotel I was advised that the Booking Reservation through this site had not been authorised. So I preceeded to pay the booking in cash, thinking that the on line payment had not been processed. To my surprise upon checking my credit card statement when I returned back home, the original booking had been processed and charged to my credit card. Which was contrary to what I had been advised by the check in staff upon my arrival.

The suite was well set out and well-appointed. It provided a good first impression

The "boss" was rude and offensive. I couldn't access the wifi. My friend's room had many mosquitoes and no hot water, at least on the second day.

Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet. The personnel is very helpful.

when you go out to town , you have to take a long walk , it is better take a taxi , the fee quite high , they shoul;d have a hotel shuttle bus supply
