location, clean, 2nd floor rooms,
Nothing. It could be a nice place but then .....
Will not come back
personal has no information about possible trips around mombasa
The staff bent over backwards to accommodate me I changed rooms 4 times
The bathrooms are realy bad would not even rate a single star in 1st world countries. The location in the city is good but too much noise from the streets (ill fitting windows??).
The location is excellent
Most of the facilities were in bad shape. The towels were worn out. The amount charged was not worth the services offered. I was really disapointed
The location, simplicity and the restaurant wifh good local food for lunch.
The coffee at breakfast. But there is a very good place for an excelent coffee at a few meters from there!
The place was quite convenient and quiet. The environment and staff was/were good.
The idea if you want dinner you must book.
Not able to use credit card Beddings - hard
That's a great place to see the old town of Mombasa - it's a 5-minute walk from it. Staff there is very nice - more than you expect. Breakfasts are fresh and good, you will have freshly baked pancakes and omelette, plus something more - fruits, juices, toasts. Conditions work good and you feel fine. Wi-fi worked good at any time.
It's definitely not a place to go for beach holidays :)) And it's not a place for luxurous night. Everything is very simple, sheets are old (but clean), so you just don't come here if you want better conditions. But, again, this hotel is very useful for its money!
Very good hotel, in the Middle of Mombasa, suggested!
Location is great. Rooms are clean and quite big. Breakfast was really good. Staff was frendly and very helpful. The open air terrace was a good place to relax.
Building is old and need some renovation.
Friendliness of staff. The breakfast was okay.
The taxi drivers organised by the Hotel were overcharging me. There is no dinner served so you have to go out to eat even if you don't want to go out. The rooms need some touch ups
central location, nice staff, good breakfast
breakfast room, just take it out from there and have it on the terrace upstairs
Wifi in the room. Good choice for a quick sleep place.
The hotel is in a strategic location and easy to locate. The staff was very friendly actualy the two ladies I dealt with while on my stay there had excellent customer care attributes. Carol n Eunice its such an honor to have been served by you The room was clean, clean towels,n white clean sheets. The breakfast was nice and the whole stay was calm n peaceful for me Just keep it up and continue to improve the standards.I will if I visit msa again stay there
The TV channels are not clear and since mostly pple visit for holidays I would suggest u improve on that to make the guest stay more enjoyable
Rooms were pretty basic but clean and nice. The outdoor terrace was also somewhere nice to relax and have a drink (even if the hotel didn't technically allow alcohol)
The kitchen is disgustingly dirty. I would not even have a cup of coffee there.
I liked the terrace and the open space in the rooms area. It allowed my children and ourselves relax outside the rooms without intruding into other peoples privacy. Their breakfast was wow. I will return
Wished they had a swimming pool.
the breakfast is very nice and I like the location
The rooftop terrace is a nice place and has a fresh breeze compared to the streets of Mombasa. Our room was very large, had working airconditioning and even though it had a window towards the street, it was not too noisy. The building itself is quite nice.
The wallpaintings downstairs are ugly and the restaurant is a bit dark. The breakfast is nothing special, especially the coffee(instant).
The TV channels are abit limited & reception is poor
The location is wonderfull, five minutes walking to Fort Jesus and ten minutes to the Market. I loved the terrace where you can have a drink, read or chat (free Wi-Fi) with a relaxing ocean breeze
A friend of mine was in a room located opposite the main road and she find in too noisy during the night
The location was the best for connecting to my business
To be told that the type of room I had booked were fully sold out yet during the time of booking same was not communicated
The suprise that through the dollar excahneg rate, i had to pay more while i am in Kenya, live in Kenya, pay in Kenyan shilling. Website could be a bit clearer about that...
Location & friendly staff
Limited facilities in the room like glasses
