Clean, cheao, great stuff and good breakfast

The roadwork outside the hotel make it very difficult to access and timeconsuming

washroom at room 511 never gave us comfortability because of the strong smell from the washroom

I liked everything about the place.It was efficient, friendly, excellent food and service. very clean and extremely comfortable.

Only thing we did not like is a surrounding area. It is difficult to walk around. And self-drive to the hotel is temporarily very difficult because of road repair (not easy to find a way). But for those who use local transport/taxi all above mentioned will no problem.

Good staff, clean , mmm little noisy, no ac but weather is great,, in general its fine as a budget good hotel.

Location is bad but u dont need anything to be arround , it in the best of the poor area. Well, the taxi of the hotel is great to take you out of there with a reasonable charges no ac.

Spacious rooms with clean linen and bathrooms but the tapestry of furniture needs to be changed. The hotel is a good place for transit passengers or business travellers (depending upon the nature of business)

Limited variety in breakfast... Far away from the city centre ...noisy and slum like location...Not suitable for holiday makers.

We didn't end up staying at the hotel because as our taxi approached we began to feel more and more unsafe. Our driver suggested we shouldn't stay in the area and if we decided to, that we shouldn't leave the hotel. The area was extremely run down, there was rubbish on fire, smashed up cars left in the street and very high reports of attacks. The hotel itself seemed fine but we didn't feel safe and it was a long way from anything.

The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend it to try a milkshake through mango juice.

The system of payment through a credit card works very poorly. They just refuse to accept it, though it was frozen funds for this hotel in advance. I paid cash, but still not sure that money is not removed even with the card.

I really liked the morning breakfast serve yourself.. The toast biscuits

Decent price and the rooms are ok.

Terrible location, actually middle of Somalian ghetto. Stay behind the guarded fences, don't even think of going on the street alone in this area. Some taxi drivers even refuse to go here.

The hotel failed to communicate to us after our attempt to phone and emailed them to arrange for us taxi from airport to hotel. There were miscommunication on their side as they never reply or inform us We even doubt if the place exist at all. There were no one to meet us at the airport and we ask local taxi to take us to the place. There was no hot water to take a shower when we arrived 8pm.

This place was not one thing like what shown on the Internet. I was afraid my entire stay. I would have been safer at the airport on the sidewalk all night.

Whenever I had a question or request, the staff was attentive, friendly, and promptly responsive.

The location was a bit further away from the Nairobi airport than I expected, and the WiFi service was spotty at times. There was also very debilitating road construction going on all around the hotel, but I realize they had no control over that.

Always, proper service. Food is also good.

The bathroom is not so nice, and is dirty here and there. But nothing major.

I chose to stay at the hotel after a tour I was on finished and I needed 3 nights of moderate budget accommodation before I flew out. The hotel was a bit out of the city but what I spent on cab fares was still a saving from staying in the city. The staff were really welcoming and my room was big for a hotel room with a very comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was really good and the buffet breakfast changed everyday. I felt very safe with permanant security in the lobby and the hotel was very clean.

The staff is very nice and ready to help. The hotel is quite nice. Food is very good.

The neighborhood is very bad for the moment. The road by the hotel is under construction, so I believe that very soon it will be much better, as it will not be necessary to go through the small narrow roads behind the hotel. As you have to take a taxi to every destination, it is better to take a taxi from the hotel, this service is very good. Also it is very advisable to be careful not to take any taxi at the airport, but from from the hotel or trustful agencies. A bit noisy during nights

the staff were extremely friendly and thorough, I loved it. Bouffet breakfast was great.

rooms of the same price varied a bit with my room having a view of a brick wall and my friend's having an amazing view of the surrounding area. Also some had fans etc. for the same price where as mine didn't although the staff were so good if I had asked for one I'm sure I would ahve got it.
